SMD solder paste metal stencils

A special category of ZELLATEC are SMT solder paste stencils metal.

They can be etched or lasered and are available as board or frame glued available. The covering of the frame by means of stainless steel or polyester fabric.

The Frame and frame size put our customers fixed itself. Possible materials provided include also used frames, which are provided by us.

Etching and laser

Äten and lasers are manufacturing processes with no or low tooling costs.

The data supplied by you (DXF, DWG or Gerber), films and drawings are prepared computerized. Thus changes are quickly and cost-effectively.

For numbers from 1 to 100,000, both methods, the preferred technology for the production of sheet metal parts. Compared with the punches they have much more freedom with respect to the part geometry.
For large contour lengths, such as sieve-like parts, etching is the most economical technology.

Complete machining
