The company ZAL Zlievaren Al GmbH was founded on 03.11.1993 and registered on 28.01.1994 in the commercial register. The casting of Al alloys is in the premises of the company since 1963 tradition. The company is mainly oriented to foreign business customers whose production volume is between 60-70% a year.

Originally founded as Micropressofusioni in 1979, Zama Solutions is now a company highly specialized in the die casting of zinc alloy technical components ranging from 0.5 to 1000 grams in weight, using presses with closing forces from 5 to 200 tons.

Over these years, we have gained extensive experience thanks to the production of several million components used across many sectors.

Zanardi Fonderie S.p.A. produces spheroidal ductile iron castings and austempered ductile iron castings (ADI) with a green moulding process. Production, which includes machining and austempering heat treatment, is located In our only plant in Minerbe (Verona, ITALY), which employs about 220 people, The production capacity is mostly oriented on medium size batches and the full annual capacity is about 22,000 tons, of which 10,000 in ADI, with a unit weight between 0,5 and 120 kg

Zlieváreň SEZ Krompachy is private joint stock company over 20 years (previous state factory SEZ Krompachy) and we produce grey cast iron castings according to EN-GJL-150, EN-GJL-200 and EN-GJL-250 on DISAMATIC 2013 moulding machine with maximal dimensions of castings 450 x 350 x 150 mm, weight up to 20 kg / piece and series over 5.000 pieces / year. Capacity of our foundry is 10.000 Tons / year and we still have some free capacity (cca 2.000 Tons / year). More than 90 % of the whole production is being exported to the European markets (A, I, D, FIN, CH, S, B, F, CZ, H).
Our company is employing cca 105 workers and we are owners of certificates ISO 9001:2009 and ISO 14001:2005.

The assortment of produced castings consists of castings for automotive industry, cooling industry, electrical industry, hydraulic transmissions and pumps, white engineering, oven, fireplaces and other heating bodies, drainage systems, other industrial machines and equipments.
