Founded on April 20, 1994, Nema Çelik has been working in the construction sector in the fields of steel, stainless steel decoration, glass and aluminum for 21 years, and designs special projects and designs in its own design office, produces and applies in its own facilities.
It has taken its place in elite projects at home and abroad. By closely following the developing technologies that we have been continuing for a long time, we offer you by applying the knowledge, experience and technology in the sector in the most efficient way with our trained personnel. In this way, the most important feature that distinguishes us from our competitors is that we are quality and result-oriented in a short time.
With our metal mold workshop that we established in 2013, all kinds of automotive, by-products used in construction, occupational safety panels, automotive and metal molds belonging to all sectors are produced and if desired, material production is also made as a product and service is provided to the customer.

The company NIKRO GmbH in Radeburg is a versatile and high-performance contract manufacturer for steel or metal processing. Our specialist staff manufactures sheet metal parts, welded constructions and bent parts according to your specifications, but also railings, steel stairs, stands, half-timbered structures and extensive steel components in our factory in Radeburg.
Individual and special constructions as well as individual and mass production are possible. We manufacture individual parts that are required for welding assemblies in-house. This option saves additional transport routes and is quick and economical.
We have extensive experience in the field of cutting, edge welding and painting of components made of steel or stainless steel. With our modern laser and flame cutting systems, drilling and sawing machines and CNC systems, we manufacture your components quickly and precisely.

Lasers



A laser penetrates contact sheets, tubes and profiles. At the point where the focused beam impinges upon the workpiece, the metal begins to melt away. This results in a narrower kerf, barely wider than the beam itself

We use the laser beam fusion cutting as a separation method for stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze and titanium. The combination of our 4000-watt laser system from Trumpf with the Fladder-deburring providing its customers a number of special advantages:
We can produce almost any shape. The material heats up hardly and does not warp. The cutting edges are straight, free of burrs and clean. The components can be processed immediately.

Bending



Bent parts can be found in technical applications in ever-increasing numbers. They enable materials, weight and cost savings. However, precisely bent sheet metal parts require extensive knowledge of materials, precise work preparation and true machine powerhouses.



We work with a Trumpf press brake with 6-axis stop, automatic angle measurement system and 230 tons of pressure.



In our work, preparing the optimum bend sequence is determined to create its processing using 3-D software. In addition to the geometry of the bending portion, the empirically determined characteristics of the material are considered. This can be programmed and produced within a very short time even complicated bent parts.


Welding



Stainless materials are now available in great variety. Exact knowledge of their behavior during welding are therefore a fundamental prerequisite for the quality-oriented performing welding operations. And: Stainless materials do not come around a corresponding weld-treatment if they are to remain rust-free.



As specialists in stainless materials, we offer our clients professional solutions around the welding and finishing of steel and aluminum.



We perform the welding process TIG, MAG and MIG and spot welding and stud welding. As a post-treatment process, we have preferably pickling and passivation, but also sanding or bead blasting.

Machine parts, panels, framing, or container - in addition to welded joints play mechanical joining techniques an essential role in the structural design of composite systems.



The additional mechanical processing of sheet metal, pipes and profiles fits into our production flow seamlessly. We manufacture holes, eyelets, threads and cuts and can offer our customers the manufacture of turned and milled parts made of rustproof materials as well as the riveting, bonding, welding or bolts injection of standard parts.

As specialists in stainless steel and aluminum we are very familiar with the decorative design of the product surfaces.We advise you gladly. Because the right surface treatment affects not only the appearance of the products. Also, the strength and the cleaning behavior are influenced by it.


Depending on the application or customer preference, the method of glass bead blasting, grinding, polishing, electro polishing, chromating, anodizing and powder coating available.


Labels can be designed as a laser marking, engraving or the screen printing method.

Nobels Machinefabriek has acquired a name after its founding in 1955 as a versatile production. The flexibility, the very modern machine park and the expertise of employees, Nobel has the capabilities to produce equipment and products of very different nature and size range and to meet the highest standards of quality of delivery.

Besides the serial production of machinery for agriculture and horticulture, are also manufactured by Nobel complete palletising systems, where all engineering and production into their own hands.

The employees at Nobels Machinefabriek have their own specialty. We are constantly working to the business processes of the various companies on aligning, through intensive cooperation. The efficient collaboration ensures that we can act in conformity mark and comply with the agreed delivery times.

Nobels Machinefabriek also works with schools in the area and regularly offers internships to bring theory and practice closer together. Several trainees after obtaining the degree to Nobel started working.

The company Norbert Sapp is a medium-sized company with about 30 employees and is currently in its 3rd Generation of a family business.

In addition to configuring systems for surface treatment (pre-treatment equipment, dryers, conveyors) is the "2.Standbein" the company steel construction, steel and welding constructions, general sheet metal processing and manufacturing of machine frames and housings.
