The company Karl Rieker KG was founded in 1936 as a hardware store.
Over the years and decades, our focus shifted to the
Manufacture of fabricated metal products, in particular the Beschlägebau for furniture
and kitchen furniture.

Our products in the furniture fittings based on own developments
or to customer requests for drawing.

Due to the existing machinery we are also capable of other
Industries to operate. Punching from coil, lasers, welding on robots, assembly

We specialize in the production of housing for the power electronics from renowned thyristors and IGBT Manufacturer. Basis for the production of sophisticated plastic parts is the use of innovative injection molding technology and production processes. We produce on a production area of 4500 sqm with modern, fully automated injection molding machines of size 25 to.-650 tons. Our corporate goals, including without limitation zero-defect production which we will support the certification in Duch 9001:2000, 14001 and EMAS. In addition, we also received awards from our customers via a PPM value of 0, which we are very proud and consider this as a credit to our staff. Keurhorst Metalworking was founded in 2015 by Michiel Keurhorst, an experienced metalworker, who has mastered the profession from practice after years of experience in the world of machining.

As a company, we mainly focus on complex 3D milling, but whether it is workpieces of Steel, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium or plastic, we always aim for the best results and are satisfied with nothing less.

Furthermore, we are pre-eminently the address when it comes to high-end fine mechanical parts for, among other things, injection molds.

In order to achieve this, we have access to a beautiful Hermle milling machine, and a Bridgeport. Furthermore, we naturally work with the best (measuring) tools, in a fully air-conditioned workshop.

In addition, we can sometimes offer something extra with our Radial drilling machine, and a 3D printer.
