Our customers are predominantly OEM companies who are actively involved in the field of agricultural machinery, beverage and dairy industry, food processing equipment, medical equipment, packaging machinery, printing machines, semiconductor industry, transportation.
Our customers are often legal entities from internationally operating stock listed companies.

Geographically we serve the Netherlands, Belgium, nearby Germany ( Europe's largest market ), as well as the UK.
In order to support our business system we use really state of the art engineering practices, ICT technology and logistical tools.

Design and Engineering

Our design and engineering group has internally developed cutting edge robotised welding technology that can be applied on extremely thin sheet metal parts in a so called one piece flow fabrication process.
Upon request, we are involved in technology transfer programmes around the world where we help to build and operate local sheet metal fabrication operations.


We are a frontrunner on using various laser welding technologies where applicable, such as CO2, YAG and drode laserwelding techniques.

Manufacturing

Our manufacturing group has achieved the complete integration of our CNC machinery on the shop floor into our 3 D CAD CAM environment.


Laser cutting machines, press brakes and welding robots are all directly linked to our 3 D CAD files and can be programmed off line.
Our fabrication process is traceable and complies, depending upon the market segments served, with requirements like HACCP or
" copy exactly ".

Assemblies

Our assemblies group has successfully introduced web enabled tools ( the so called weblight to monitor the complex flow of incoming goods for assembly tasks ) resulting in the highest turnover rates in the industry.

Logistics

Our logistics group has implemented successfully a graphical capacity planning module that is fully integrated into our fully fledged ERP system. It helps us to support the one piece flow fabrication process that we implemented in the year 2000.

As a high-end manufacturer of high-quality audio products, Audiograde AG manufactures products
for the hi-fi market.
By investing in a new machining center there are additional capacities for
the precise and fast processing of aluminum assemblies up to a size
of 1,500 x 1,000mm available.
Our specialty are fair samples, small and medium series, as well as from the full milled special housing
made of aluminium.

We are a family business with 90 employees.
The core competencies are the production of precision mechanical components as well as complete assemblies. In addition, the manufacture of Macor glass ceramic components.
We have around 35 employees in production and around 30 assembly technicians.
We manufacture from single parts to large series. Simple component as well as highly complex.
The cleaning of the components is standard and we have a measuring laboratory with standard VDI class 1 (+/- 0.4 ° C over 24h).
