Blech Berma is an all-round provider for sheet metal and lightweight construction from prototypes to medium series.

The production of our core consists of laser cutting, punching, folding and welding. We also offer many auxiliary processes such as spot welding, rolling, inserts, saw grains and drums.

Berma is also a real all-rounder when it comes to materials: from 0.5 to 12 mm, steel or stainless steel with brass or up to pre-painted plate, Berma has experience and in most cases also at home. We also handle a lot of pipes, tubes and profiles.

Because we, we cannot have a wide range of products for our customers specializing in a limited number of operations or certain materials. That's why Berma Blech is your specialist for all-round sheet metal.

We are a small company that produces individual parts and small series according to customer drawings. Our machine park includes a Weiler CNC lathe, like a Chiron milling machine. Both machines have a tool capacity of 12 tools. We can produce turned parts up to Ø42mm and milled parts of 300x250x150mm. Customer service and quality are very important to us. We have short delivery times and a high level of quality awareness. We look forward to your inquiries.

Manufacture of precision machined parts up to a cubic edge length of 50 mm and turned parts 1-30 mm in diameter, for development, prototyping, testing, production. Numbers from 1 to 500 pieces.

The manufacture and processing of complex turned parts is one of our core competencies. Edit all common steels, stainless steels, non-ferrous metals and plastics.

CNC turning
In modern CNC lathes can be completely machined workpieces from the bar or as a feed part in one or more set-ups. All machines are equipped with driven tools and C-axis. With sometimes up to 6 controlled axes, sub-spindle and bar loader economical complete machining of complex turned parts is possible.

Machining dimensions:
from Ø 5 mm to Ø 80mm to Ø 380mm of the rod in the chuck - maximum turning length 800mm

Conventional turning
If it makes economic sense, we at item and limited-series one of our conventional lathes.

Machining dimensions:
up to Ø 400mm - maximum turning length 1000 mm

With over 200 employees, we manufacture at our sites in ice rink, Schönbrunn and Apolda for our customers turned parts from a workpiece diameter of 0.2 mm to 250mm, threaded rods and assemblies on the most modern CNC lathes, machining centers and multi-spindle automatic lathes.
It processes material from 0.5 mm to 65 mm diameter of the rod and 240 mm diameter chuck parts from almost all machinable materials (cutting steels, structural steels, case hardening steels, rust and acid resistant steel, V2A, V4A, titanium, brass, ECOBRASS, aluminum , plastics, and any other machinable materials)

The production scope includes threaded rods to M42 or trapezoidal thread with a pitch to 6 mm up to 6000 mm length, gears (for steel to module 0.8 and brass to Module1).

In separate manufacturing areas, we have created the ability to perform additional operations such as drilling, milling and sawing, bending, punching, pressing, broaching, welding, soldering, thread rolling and thread cutting and assembly work.

Heat treatments and surface finishing are carried out in cooperation with selected expert partners.
