Since 1962 at BIKAR METAL it’s all about aluminum , copper, brass and bronze. In form of plates , sheets , blanks , discs, rings , tubes and profiles we offer a wide range of materials and dimensions. Under the brand FORMODAL ® we develop and produce aluminum plates of different alloys. These are optimized for special applications, such as our face-milled cast iron plate FORMODAL ® 030 or high-strength cast iron plate FORMODAL ® 036.

1. A bit of history
- 2017 Bledar Kthupi graduated in engineering. Electronics at the Polytechnic of Tirana in 1998, after approximately 23 years of experience as a turner, miller, reamer and production manager, in various metalworking companies, with the technical and economic support of Suela Llalla, as administrative manager they gave life to the BIKS.
- 2018 BIKS offers consultancy service for precision mechanical parts for some of its customers who mainly deal with carpentry.
- 2019 BIKS begins to become a supplier by acquiring, developing and supplying orders or finished details in addition to metalworking consultancy.
- 2020 BIKS signs a collaboration agreement with Marca&Volta srl for which it will deal by offering a technical-commercial consultancy service for the orders to be outsourced.
- 2021 Bledar acquires 10% of the shares of Marca&Volta srl and BIKS srl confirms and improves the performance of its operations.
- 2022 Bledar becomes production manager of Marca&Volta and BIKS from January 2022 is entitled to take advantage of 100 hours of machine tools at the Marca&Volta workshop. Erald Miraka began his career at BIKS as an engineer and is still Junior Project Manager and Technical Sales Assistant.
- 2023 Begins the collaboration with BIKS, Arlinda Nerguti who deals with Back-Office and market research.
- 2024 BIKS is looking to strengthen its results.

2. Mission
Biks wants to be the trusted supplier of CNC machined parts, small, medium and large carpentry, of equipment designed and manufactured as needed but above all it wants to be your solution provider.
Biks believes in the relationship of trust and mutual growth with the customer-partner, basing the relationship on the use of all its technical-commercial baggage and its professional ethics.

4. Short-term goals
The commissioning of the platform: MACHISTE.COM which will allow customers to have a guaranteed quote within 48 hours in 75% of cases.
The commissioning of the new headquarters with approximately 500m2 indoors and 300m2 uncovered.
The completion of the procedures for the acquisition of ISO9001.

We can produce the simple washer, the gear wheel with induction hardening and 3D profile control and steam seal rings for gas turbines. We are able to supply Turned parts, prototypes, small series or mass production. Minimum diameter 5mm, maximum diameter 1600mm for 18,000mm length.
Milled parts in soft steel, stainless steel, aluminum and plastic using 3, 4 and 5 axis milling machines with Maximum capabilities 2000x2000x15.000
Sheet metal parts, cutted by laser, by plasma or by waterjet, punched, bent or calendered. welded parts from Tig Mig or other technologies.
