The company

The "Heinz Rohrich GmbH" comes from the existing company since 1981 "Heinz Rohrich - racing" out.

In 1996 the company was renamed "memotec metal and motorcycle technology" and continued in the current premises.

Due to the rapid expansion was relocated to Untergruppenbach 1998.
The new facilities now offered the possibility to accommodate two separate departments. Both divisions developed continuously in size and amenities.

In 2005 the name was changed to "Heinz Rohrich GmbH" was.
Due to continued growth, we were able in March 2007 relate a large private building in mite (commercial fishing area fields).

Currently, the Heinz Rohrich GmbH employs 10 qualified employees, which by means of continuing education for the best execution of all tasks.

In the area of metal art welding structures of steel, stainless steel and aluminum are mainly manufactured.For use MIG, MAG and TIG processes come.
The maximum component size is about 3000x1500x1500 mm. The unit weight is up to 5t.

All welding work is performed on SYSTEM TABLES and ensure the best possible dimensional accuracy and angularity.

Our service includes material procurement, preparation, welding, straightening and plastering. Mechanical processing - including surface coating or surface coatings-is performed by partner organizations.

Another field of activity is the order and repair welding at nearly all weldable materials.

The Herbert Tiemann company was founded in Hamburg in 1962 and moved into its own production facility in Börnsen near Hamburg in 1998. HKR GmbH & Co. KG

The HKR GmbH & Co. KG is a subsidiary of Vaillant GmbH.

This medium-sized companies went on 01 January 2006 from the previous profit center heating at the location Roding forth. The reliable service manager of the parent company also acts as a competent partner and supplier for external customers of the heating industry, automotive engineering, and for the sanitary sector.

The 317 employees achieved a turnover of 52 million euros in fiscal 2007.

In 1982, Peter Sedlak, the CNC machining technology with an employee and three machines in Schwäbisch Hall. Were produced turned parts in small and medium-sized batches.



Over the next few years, additional machines were added. The number of employees rose steadily. An increased demand for pre-finished parts made the first purchase of a conventional milling machine and a CNC machining center later inevitable. So it was always close in the rented hall and the desire to own a larger hall and getting stronger.



In December 1991, finally, the company moved to Untermünkheim-Enslingen so that in January 1992, production could be included in the new hall.



The economic downturn slowed in subsequent years, the growth of the company. But it soon went up again. Until 2000, all machines were replaced with new, more modern.



In 2000, the certification according to DIN EN ISO 9002 was carried out.



As of January 2002, the company operates under a new name. Peter Sedlak and his longtime collaborator and master Friedrich Schiele founded the



Hohenlohe precision parts GmbH.



Today, 12 employees produce pre-finished parts and assemblies for many satisfied customers from different industries. Various grinding work, as well as heat and surface treatments we have them implemented by competent and reliable partners.
