The company MS components for industrial automation and electronics GmbH was founded on July 1, 1995 by Dipl.-Ing. Hermann vinegar and Michael Sauter founded in Backnang.

The interests of the company founders were already available from the beginning to the fields of electronics for mechanical and cable assemblies for mechanical engineering in the relevant markets accordingly.

Shortly after the company realized that it is, with increasing footprint, developed long term cheaper, if you created your own company building on "greenfield". This was purchased in Unteraspach on 01/02/1998.

A single-storey building was created within 4 months. The size of approx 350 sqm seemed somewhat risky in the beginning. But it turned out very soon that rising sales were the righteous. The number of employees grew by 2000 to 15, in which it is still today.

Our company MS-INNOV specialises in the manufacture of modular industrial robots. We have also developed a solution for loading and unloading numerically controlled machines (such as lathes, milling machines). This package makes it possible to respond to recruitment and MSD issues

MTC Group is located in Fabriano, Italy and is composed by 2 business divisions: MTC for sheeht metal stamping dies and ARA for welding and automation systems in the automotive and home appliances sectors.

MTC (ww.m-centro.it ) designs and manufactures progressive and transfer dies up to 5 m length and 2 m width for manufacturing structural, suspension and seat parts in standard, high-strength steels, DP with thickness ranging from 0,3 to 2,5 mm. Design with CATIA V5, try-out and optimization are made in-house. We have 2 mechanical try-out presses of 500 and 1000 tons. Our customers are OEMs and Tier 1s worldwide.

ARA (www.ararobot.it) designs and manufactures robotized welding cells and customized industrial automation. T

We are experts in the latest CNC machining technology and perform accurate and timely manner our orders.
The parts produced in a high-tech process are subject to careful quality control according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008.
We produce individual parts, prototypes, small series and take over at the request of the assembly of various components.
