We have been operating successfully since 1947 in textile machinery. For 20 years we offer in addition to our textile machines to the contract manufacturing. We are making the clevis on our in-house press machines; we are machining all the parts between diameter 4 to 38mm (CNC, 67 single spindle machines and one area of 15 multispindles). We are also ensuring the welding assembly or riveting (15 machines for pressure riveting), producing forged steel parts, and making a 100% control of all our parts (visual and inspection machine). Our parts are treated internally in our surface treatment plant (new high performance electrogalvanizing since 2007) and we also have a logistic warehouse of 3200m2).

We are independent and can guarantee the control and the quality our products, in addition, since 1999 we have been ISO TS certified.
Please also be aware that we are exporting to various plants located in the United States, Brazil, Mexico, Turkey, Poland, China, Taiwan, Italy, Spain and France.

Mill
We have various CNC milling machines, including on a machining center Deckel Maho P 125, as well as a milling center from Hermle C40.With these 5-axis machines, we are able to perform complex 5-page edits in one setting.

Turn
In modern lathes we can produce any kind of turned parts.
It does not matter whether it is single or serial parts.
We manufacture small parts with bar conveyor to be cost-effective but also large parts with a maximum working length of 3000 mm and a workpiece diameter of max. 450mm.

Lasers
We have to edit 3D three laser cutting machines from Mazak in use and are therefore capable of 2D parts on lasers and laser technology. Furthermore, we can see to edit pipes with a diameter up to 150mm and a length of 6000mm. From us all popular file formats are readable.
However, in order to manufacture series parts and items more efficiently, we use a linearly driven laser system with fully automatic loading and unloading, with even high-speed lasers for stainless steel is possible.

Maximum processing size 3000 x 1500 x 2000mm 6000 in cooperation.

Bending
Our Bending of Amada, it is possible to further process previously lasered parts or perform work for you in salary.

In our press brakes and bending machines are in use

Our work includes the manufacturing of different kinds of spray guns with coupled douple function, diverse accessories, spare parts for other airbrush products and also precicion engineered spare parts as well as complete units according to your specifications and designs.

Rothe Feinmechanik - Airbrushtechnik is a crafts enterprise and the successor to Gabbert Feinmechanik since 2003 following 13 years of cooperation.

In 1847, the company was founded in Stuttgart and is now in its fifth generation. In 1972 the move to the location Hemmingen. The company is run by the owner and Managing Director Dipl. Ing Thomas Rothfuss. There are 60 employees.

In the production program are almost exclusively made of steel wire products.
