We produce all kinds of fittings, stamping parts, stamping parts tool Falling or inlays in several steps. Also done in-house milling and turning as well as tool for the subsequent series production. In the fact that the disposable technology became increasingly important in bioprocessing, there was an obvious need for both bag holding, and road shipping containers made from stainless steel.

With major input from professionals at biopharmaceutical companies we started to engineer, manufacture and market the first stainless steel bagtainers® in 2002. In 2008 the Schulte bagtainer® systems GmbH was founded as an independent company.

At present, we gained more than 15 years of experience in engineering, designing and manufacturing stainless steel equipment. We supply major customers throughout the bio-pharmaceutical industry with well suited customized bagtainers® for any application (storing, shipping, protecting bulk liquids). Additional stainless steel process equipment related to single-use technology is also designed and manufactured at our site.

The Schulz Conveyor Systems GmbH with its seat in Gräfenroda was founded by Mr. Peter Schulz 1991st Immediately after the foundation began to invest in the latest technologies. Aided by the laser cutting technology, which had its technical breakthrough early 90s, the clientele, and thus the company grew rapidly. Within just a few years on the former site of an old glass factory an advanced sheet metal manufacturing. After the laser technology also held technologies such as the folding and welding feed.

Available is a modern production hall equipped with a 5 tonne crane.
We manufacture special purpose machines and handling equipment for a variety of applications.

ASME Section VIII Div.1 (Certificate No .: 54.838 - 27.03.2018) and are accordingly approved Stamp-Holder. Likewise, we are approved manufacturer for defense technology products acc. DIN 2303 and are approved for the manufacture of pressure equipment cat. II module A.

Schumag AG with a history and experience of more than 180 years of manufacturing has among CNC-Turning and CNC-Milling capacities and a complete Heat-Treatment facility also a number of high-precision manufacturing technologies as there are Hard-Turning, Grinding, Lapping, Honing and Extrusion-Calibration.

Centre of today’s manufactured parts are components for Diesel-Injection systems, Injector parts as well as Pump parts. But also demanding parts with Medical Application as well as Household- and Kitchen-Application, as well as Electric Motor Applications are being produced – preferably in high volumes. Today’s volume range covers small series of 500 parts per year as well as high volume production of 5 million parts per month.

Established in 1992, our company has extensive experience in metalworking. We currently employ 50 workers.
Our production include:
CNC MILLING: We can vertically process dimensions 3000 × 1500, horizontally dimensions 2500 × 1500.
CNC TURNING: Fi 1000 × 1500 turning capability.
GRINDING: Flat - max. dimensions 3000 × 1500 in
                     Round outer + inner Fi 450 × 2500.
TOOLS: We produce all kinds of tools for stamping, forging, normals, plastics and various preparations.
CLASSICAL MILLING AND CUTTING: We offer milling services up to 1600 × 800 and turning to Fi 1500 × 500, Fi 400 × 4000 and Fi 600 × 1500.
WELDING OF STRUCTURES: Structures can be welded up to 3000 × 1500 and up to Fi 1200 on a circular welding table.
MATERIAL CUTTING: Cutting is possible on band saws up to 800 × 800 and flame CNC cutting up to 4000 × 2000.
