The company Váradi Metal KFT is a Hungarian group of companies engaged in the sheet metal working more than10 years in a professional capacity. We have business contacts with companies from Western Europe, mainly from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Netherlands. Export sales comprises 80% of our production.

Production of technical springs. We produce compression, tension, torsion springs, wire forms and air copper coils. We work with spring wire acc. to DIN 17223 (range 0.2 - 10.0 mm) and DIN 17224 (range 0.2 - 6.0 mm). We produce samples and series of million pieces as well.

Because we are convinced that we can make things even better, we have made an important decision. This year we started with the construction of new production premises measuring 900 m2.

Varinox Kft. is part of the metalworking arm of a larger group of companies called Arago Group (over 160 M EUR in turnover, over 2000 employees), it is specialized in stainless-steel specialty structures and products for the energy and water treatment industries. These include e.g.: specialty frames, support structures, tanks, vessels, casings, etc., for mainly western-european partners.
The company has high-tech machinery (Trumpf 3D laser welding/cutting cell, fiber-laser cutters, CNC press brakes, HAAS CNC machining centers and lathes, etc.) and highly skilled workers (~40 headcount), so it mainly targets smaller and higher precision TIG (WIG) welded structures with dimensions up to 3.000 mm and preferably to be supplied as serially manufactured parts.

The company was established in 1981 initially focused on the production of electronic equipment, namely electronic security systems, lighting control equipment, power supplies and others.

Soon in the beginning we verified the difficulty of acquiring in our market boxes and other accessories in plate necessary to the execution of our projects.


After a short time we started to produce the necessary sheet metal parts for our products and to supply boxes and other parts for other equipment producers.


After more than 40 years of activity, the high degree of experience acquired allied to a creativity recognized by our customers, attending to the smallest detail in the search for the best solution for each project that is proposed to us, and with high level technical means, we believe to be one of the best equipped small companies to find and implement the best solution for the cover always necessary in any electronics project.

For the project and programming of the machines we have an advanced set of software, namely, Solid Works, Autocad, Lantek.

In our 1200 m2 facilities located in a modern industrial park we have a reserved area for welding, for the assembly of products, for machines, besides a show-room where you can see part of the products we produce and a project office where we study the best solution for each particular customer.

Varrivál Ltd. was founded in 1992 by György Somogyi. It is located in Kiskőrös, 100 km south of Budapest, between the Danube and the Tisza. Our employees are locksmiths, welders, machine-cutting technicians, toolmakers. We have ISO 9001 quality assurance or ISO 3438-2:2006 certification and our welders have a welding certificate EN 287-1.
