Our core competence is single, small series and prototype production. We are also the right partner for small assemblies, from parts manufacture to assembly.

WAREMA Kunststofftechnik und Maschinenbau GmbH is a family company based in Marktheidenfeld and Gyal (Hungary).
We are active in several sectors, industry, automotive and medicine.
We have a total of 450 employees and around 80 injection molding machines, size 25-1500 t. We process all common plastics from technical to high-end materials (PP, PC, ABS, TPE, PPSU, PEI, PA, PBT etc)
Component painting is also one of our core business, water and solvent based paints also with UV.
The portfolio is rounded off by our assembly workstations and we are therefore able to manufacture almost any plastic part.
We have our own machine and tool shop.

In May 1997, our company has been established under the former name and in the structure of a general partnership as WBB Hofemeister & Partner GbR by the shareholders Michael Hofemeister, Uwe Fischer, Jens Rimasch and Michael Stieger.


As the site of our company, we have chosen a new production hall in the Bürknersfelder in Berlin-Hohenschonhausen. Today you can find at our site in the Bürknersfelder road next to the management and administration, training rooms and production areas I, II the stockyard and shipping.

The enormous growth of our production volume resulted in the late 90's to an expansion of a portion of our production in a commercial environment of Plauen road. Since the end of 2004, we managed to bring all areas of the company on 3,722 m² of rented production and office space in the Bürknersfelder road back together. Thus we are capable of the necessary technology and production processes optimally and therefore cost-coordinated.

On top of that we can respond due to the modern machines, equipment and communications technology, such as online connections of all CNC machines with our in-house computer network and cutting-edge programming and resource planning software to customer requests very quickly and in high quality.High-precision measurement technology and a balanced system of internal quality assurance based on our quality certification according to ISO 9001 manufacturing standards guarantee a very high level.

By change of name to the WBB sheet metal working GmbH & Co. KG 2007, we intend pursued to give the huge increase in corporate status to the corresponding external frame.

Werner Breitschädel GmbH has been active in the field of machine and tool construction since 1950. For our satisfied customers we manufacture precise tools and mechanical engineering and plastic parts.
