We are a purely Czech company that has been providing comprehensive mechanical engineering solutions for almost 27 years. Our main areas of activity include the production of welded structures, special machines, custom metal production, the production of antenna brackets and CNC machining.

History of Zihos
Zihos sro was founded in 1991 as a production company with a focus on garden tools and garden technology. The first type of very popular cultivator was manufactured here as early as 1992. Nowadays, the production specializes in particular in CNC machining, manufacture of antenna holders, custom production, production of special machines and welded constructions. The company 1 is located at the Švihov site.900 m2 production area and an office building are available. In 2013 the new location in Klatovy was established. This location covers a total area of 5,000 m2 and the focus of its offer is on CNC machining and construction activity. Zihos has experienced dynamic development since the company was founded, as shown, for example, by the number of employees, which has risen from originally five to over 40 employees. Our business partners include well-known domestic and foreign companies, the most important of which include, for example, ASSAT or Firmconsult, Instron, Herink ...

In 2014 ZIHOS sro was certified according to ČSN EN ISO 1090, we can therefore produce the components subject to this standard and draw up the CE declaration of performance.

Our company has a certified welding system according to ČSN EN ISO 3834-2, with this certification we can guarantee the high quality of welding work by ZIHOS s.ro guarantee.

In 2018 the location in Klatovy was split off and the new company ZIHOS Klatovy was founded, which is geared towards the processing of larger complexes.

We are a medium sized company based in Erfurt.

Zinkteknik is a manufacturing company specialized in zinc die casting products.
Our business idea - From idea to finished product, Zinkteknik shall offer a long-lasting and value-for-money alternative to companies that need to complement or replace other materials and/or manufacturing processes by cast zinc parts.

Our drive elements made of plastics are manufactured exclusively by injection, optionally at special rework in machining processes.

The injection molding process allows us to produce both parts with high accuracy as well as mass-produced in a short time.

The company Zismann Druckguss GmbH is a foundry with 120 employees that manufactures diecast and chilled casting parts for all branches of industry.



We specialise in the production of precision parts made of diecast aluminium and zinc.

Monthly, 150 tonnes of zinc and 40 tonnes of aluminium are cast.

Zlieváreň SEZ Krompachy is private joint stock company over 20 years (previous state factory SEZ Krompachy) and we produce grey cast iron castings according to EN-GJL-150, EN-GJL-200 and EN-GJL-250 on DISAMATIC 2013 moulding machine with maximal dimensions of castings 450 x 350 x 150 mm, weight up to 20 kg / piece and series over 5.000 pieces / year. Capacity of our foundry is 10.000 Tons / year and we still have some free capacity (cca 2.000 Tons / year). More than 90 % of the whole production is being exported to the European markets (A, I, D, FIN, CH, S, B, F, CZ, H).
Our company is employing cca 105 workers and we are owners of certificates ISO 9001:2009 and ISO 14001:2005.

We present in great detail the technological opportunities of one of the factories of ZMM Bulgaria Holding JSC, ZMM Nova Zagora which is specialized for the production of gear wheels – spur and helical gears.Factory is equipped with gear grinding machines type Reishauer and Okamoto and also well equipped control laboratory.
In February ZMM Nova Zagora, put into operation a new gear-grinding machine Niles ZE400/500 of the German company KAPP-NILES. The machine was purchased with the support of the Ministry of Economics and the Operational Program "Development of the Competitiveness of the Bulgarian Economy 2007-2013". It achieves quality 4 according to DIN 3962 for profile grinding of cylindrical gears with a maximum diameter of 500 mm. The machine is supplied with CAM software for creating a programs.
ZMM Nova Zagora produce mechanical multiple friction disks clutches, spare parts, sprockets, toothed belt pulleys, accessories and units (gear boxes) for metalcutting machines, agricultural machines, woodworking machines and other machine tools.
There is also workshop for thermal treatment as cementation and induction hardening. ZMM Nova Zagora is certified according ISO 9001:2000 and executes orders from European companies.
