REX company was established in 1991.The company is privat and was specialzed in manufacturing and exporting all kinds of casting with machíning.Castings are made from:Grey iron,Ductile iron,White iron,Steel cast iron,Alloys AL,Cu(bronze,brass).For a production of castings we make patterns from woods,synthetic materials and metals.REX company also offers a wide range of garden furniture and city movables.The company guarantees a high quality of delivered components,documented with attests of chemical composition,mechanic features and metallogprahic structure of material.Oer products are made for Automobile,Chemical,Furniture and Glass industry such as electrical motors,machine-tools,agricultural machines,gratings,railings,columns,benches,handles,tables and art astings.86% of our production is exported to EU market.

1. We are two foundries which, since 1944, are able to cast four different materials, as shown below. We use to say that we are an unusual foundry, because of the different materials and industries we use to supply castings:

i. Iron Castings: from 50 kg up to 18 tones (also White Iron).
ii. Steel Castings: from 50 kg up to 10 tones,
iii. Bronze Castings: from 10 kg up to 5 tones
iv. Aluminum Castings: from 10 kg up to 1 tone.

2. We are working on a big project: in the near future we will build a new foundry ( 4th location) in our area, where we will be able to double the current weights, and we will also start to cast duplex, super duplex and stainless steels ( we are already working on it) . So let’s say we would like to continue this family own business in Europe, and not move the production to other countries.

3. We are also able to cast centrifugal castings in iron and bronze, and we are also very experienced in white iron. And we are very use to supply single pieces, or small batches, using foam/polystyrene patterns.

4. We always prefer to supply finished parts, and also if needed, heat treated and painted, and even manage the shipment, because then the customer, sending a single order, will forget about the castings until they arrive in customer facilities. Please note that we only do castings, outsourcing the rest of services.
