The Rossignol group (divided in 2 plants, 1 in France and 1 in Czech Republic, 75 employees) is specialized in the security parts of the automotive industry for the brake systems.
We deliver 30 million parts per year (piston rods, plungers, assembly piston rod-clevis, screw parts, 2 spheres pistons, ventilkolben…), thus for the all worldwide automotive makers (FORD, BMW, VW, VOLVO, OPEL, RENAULT, PSA, DAIMLER DC, MAZDA, FIAT, FERRARI …).

We are making the clevis on our in-house press machines; we are machining all the parts between diameter 4 to 38mm (CNC, 67 single spindle machines and one area of 15 multispindles). We are also ensuring the welding assembly or riveting (15 machines for pressure riveting), producing forged steel parts, and making a 100% control of all our parts (visual and inspection machine). Our parts are treated internally in our surface treatment plant (new high performance electrogalvanizing since 2007) and we also have a logistic warehouse of 3200m2).

We are independent and can guarantee the control and the quality our products, in addition, since 1999 we have been ISO TS certified.
Please also be aware that we are exporting to various plants located in the United States, Brazil, Mexico, Turkey, Poland, China, Taiwan, Italy, Spain and France.

Rossi & kramer srl was founded in 1968 as an Italian company specializing in the manufacturing of valve seat grinding machines. Over the years, the company has specialized in mechanical processing (turning, milling and grinding) and today offers contract work for the realization of specific processes. Our company is engaged in the loading and processing of metal and metallic semi-finished products, mainly as a supplier to the classical mechanical engineering and the automotive industry. Equipped with the latest CNC technology, we are able to:

Services

Mill
We have various CNC milling machines, including on a machining center Deckel Maho P 125, as well as a milling center from Hermle C40.With these 5-axis machines, we are able to perform complex 5-page edits in one setting.

Turn
In modern lathes we can produce any kind of turned parts.
It does not matter whether it is single or serial parts.
We manufacture small parts with bar conveyor to be cost-effective but also large parts with a maximum working length of 3000 mm and a workpiece diameter of max. 450mm.

Lasers
We have to edit 3D three laser cutting machines from Mazak in use and are therefore capable of 2D parts on lasers and laser technology. Furthermore, we can see to edit pipes with a diameter up to 150mm and a length of 6000mm. From us all popular file formats are readable.
However, in order to manufacture series parts and items more efficiently, we use a linearly driven laser system with fully automatic loading and unloading, with even high-speed lasers for stainless steel is possible.

Maximum processing size 3000 x 1500 x 2000mm 6000 in cooperation.

Bending
Our Bending of Amada, it is possible to further process previously lasered parts or perform work for you in salary.

In our press brakes and bending machines are in use
to respond flexibly to the needs of customers.

For use comes as a 220to press Amada with a max. Bending length of 3340mm.

Welding
Whether aluminum, steel or stainless steel, we are the right partner for welding.

Constantly monitored by a European Welding Engineer from our company, we guarantee our work.

On request, we also supply a certificate of certified ultrasonic, magnetic particle or X-ray welds.

Our factory is certified by welding according to DIN EN 729-3.

Finishing

Assembly
When Roessler GmbH you will not only manufactured items, but supplied on request also fully assembled modules. It does not matter whether it is mechanically manufactured parts or sheet metal parts, such as in an enclosure.

Ros company was founded in the early 80s, and since that time we have been supplier for sheet metal components. During the years we optimized and improved our production process, investing in machineries and tools of new generation to satisfy the most compex market's requirments. Thank to this, we are specialized in supply finished products, completed with surface treatments and assemblies.

The production processes we do internally are:
