The enterprise was founded in 1997 and exists consequently for 19 years. We are active in three fields:
CNC metal processing by turning and milling,
Custom clearence, and
Book keeping

Currently, we have 16 employees. 7 of them are employed in the metal processing business unit. For the production a hall containing a surface of 1000 m2 and a close-by administration building (220 m2) were built. We can offer full service for our partners - from the CNC turning and milling of the metals, to the transport and custom clearance services.

We are located in the city Derventa, which is 25 kilometers far from the border of Croatia and European Union.

The company "Sinecs" d.o.o. Bihać was founded in 2002. The main activity of the company is
production of metal structures and parts for the market. All constructions are made according to
previously elaborated technical documentation with the use of modern software for
construction and design.
In its plant, the company has NC and CNC machining centers, MIG/MAG devices for
welding, and band and circular saws for metal cutting.
As part of its business, the company also provides protection services for metal structures (sandblasting and
varnishing), as well as the sale of machines and equipment.

Vacuum forming:


* Maximum size 1500mm x 1000mm x form 330mm

* Required edge about 1/3 of the total height

* No undercuts

* Minimum slope form provided 0.5 ° and all edges with radii

* Form (Not to exact form page cleaner / mold side) as positive or negative model possible



CNC Milling:


* Maximum working area 1350mm x 890mm

* Post-processing of deep-drawn parts, as Höhenbeschnitt, holes and other shaped cuts

Bending:
