WORLD-LEADING INFRASTRUCTURE
On a fully air-conditioned production and assembly area of 10,000 square meters in Roding and with a further 5,000 square meters in Waldmünchen, we have 120 ultra-modern CNC production and measuring machines at our disposal, offering a unique horizontal and vertical range of manufacture. This results in approx. 300,000 production hours per year.

We master the most difficult geometries and complex challenges for all materials that can be machined. From filigree components to the machining of entire vehicle parts.

OUR CORE TECHNOLOGIES
Our core technologies include CNC milling, CNC turning, CNC surface, cylindrical and profile grinding as well as erosion. We round off our portfolio with other holistic technologies such as surface treatment, heat treatment and laser melting, as well as additive manufacturing with the help of specialised partner companies. PRECISION THAT IMPRESSES – FOR THE BEST COMPONENTS IN THE WORLD
Our manufactured precision parts are subject to certified quality assurance for a dimensional accuracy of up to 0.3 µm. For this purpose, we work with the most accurate 3D coordinate measuring machine in Europe, a ZEISS XENOS, as well as other state-of-the-art high-tech measuring equipment.

We specialize in the production of special ball bearings, Gleit-/Laufrollen, complete carriage units, extruded parts and balls of steel. We are also manufacture plastic parts as a spray or rotary parts in the situation.

Production of moulds from thermoplastic materials is one of the basic services on offer. Job testing of prototypes, mass-production and technologically complicated moulds are also important.
