With its more than 40-year history, the Stähli Group is one of the most important subcontractors and machine builders in the area of flat honing, lapping and polishing. In our machines and products all the know-how and experience in development, engineering and application infected. We develop and but not only produce (high precision) ultra-modern machine tools, but serve our customers about our modern experimental and subcontracting centers in which both wage work in the Flachhon-lapping and polishing technique as well as highly complex project studies are carried out on behalf of customers. Our company was founded in 2000 as a sole proprietorship. In the beginning we worked on disk-controlled long and turret lathes. In 2005 our company was converted into a GmbH and we started to procure CNC-controlled Swiss type lathes in order to meet customer requirements as well as possible and also to be able to produce more complex and precise parts.

Currently we only produce with CNC-controlled universal and Swiss-type lathes. All of our lathes have driven tools and a third axis so that we can also produce milled, cross-drilled parts. The areas of use of the parts we manufacture include: medical instrument manufacture, electronics, automotive industry, manufacture of doors and windows, as well as faucets and valves.
