CNC series machining of turned and milled parts in high quality
In our CNC subcontracting division, various cast and forged parts in annual quantities of 1,000 to 1.5 million pieces are machined on CNC machining and turning centers. There are currently 30 machines in use in Amkon's Plant II, which are looked after by our employees in two or three shifts.



CNC subcontracting was certified for the first time in 2008 according to the DIN EN ISO 9001 quality management system. In series processing, we attach great importance to consistent product quality. It is therefore a matter of course for us to check and document the manufactured parts accordingly. An air-conditioned precision measuring room with the appropriate measuring technology in the form of measuring equipment and measuring systems is available for this.

CNC MILLING
Ammann AG is your reliable partner for CNC machining - especially when it comes to parts with high quality standards. We produce pre-finished components from solid or from forged or cast blank. We machine with our Machining Parts, which have up to 1.2 cubic meters per side and are up to 1000 kg.

CNC machining with high cutting volume allows Ammann AG a very economical and precise machining. We are medium-sized and adapted to produce larger batches with the highest possible quality.

CNC TURNING
When CNC turning "off the shelf" parts are machined with a maximum diameter of 65 mm and a maximum length of 360 mm.

FORGING
Ammann AG is a traditional industrial company that produces high-quality in the weight range of 0.1 to 80 kg drop forgings. The company specializes in parts that are later exposed to a particularly heavy burden.

There are specific components manufactured for international companies in the machinery and plant in all steel grades up to the light metal.

CERTIFIED WELDING
