The company UnionOcel s.r.o. (company limited) was founded in October 2001 as a wholesale of metallurgical materials, focused on:
- sheets
- processing (burning, cutting, press breaking, metal machining - milling, drilling, threading )
- welding

Those materials are offered as requested by customers - from stock or from production. The goods are offered from our storage and services centre in Kopřivnice (Czech Republic). If the requested goods is not available in Kopřivnice store or in store of our affiliated company, we are able - thanks to a wide network of partners in the whole of Europe - to offer and deliver the goods within short delivery terms. All that corresponds to the nature of the project.

The company, UnionStahl GmbH, was founded in 2002.

Since then we have continuously expanded our range of heavy plate to meet the needs of our customers. Today we store approx. 60,000 t of heavy plate and are one of the few full-range suppliers in the heavy plate area.

With its oxy-fuel, plasma and laser cutting systems, our cutting operation is able to produce cuttings in the fixed dimensions you require.

We offer you the processing services of milling, drilling, edging, rolling and welding and thus the possibility of purchasing ready-to-install components directly.

"UNIS-matic" z.d.d. is company located in Bugojno, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The company has 4250m2. 2500m2 is ground floor. On the ground floor there are machines, quallity control, tool storage etc.
Our company is based on turning and milling operations. We have cnc lathes and milling machines.
Also, we can create documentation in 2D and 3D dimension.

We are UNISPECIAL S.r.l. – Turing Center Company with over 30 years of turning, milling and machining expertise, located in Vigodarzere, Padua County, in one of the main industrial regions of Italy: Veneto.
We are a team of 25 people and operate with a continuously updated machine park of 28 numeric control machine tools, including:

- sliding head CNC lathes with bar passages of ø18, ø20, ø25, and ø40 mm

- CNC lathes with spindle, counter-spindle and Y axis, with bar passages of up to ø80 mm

- twin spindle, twin turret lathes.

- 3 and 4 axis work centres capable of machining volumes of 1200x800x800.

What we do

Our main activity is the production of machined parts, turned and milled parts to drawing in ferrous and nonferrous material:
- Small precision parts between Ø2 mm and Ø40 mm as well as very long precision parts up to 3600/3700 mm long – our core business
- Machined parts turned and milled from bars up to Ø80 mm
- Production of secondary turned parts up to Ø300 mm from slugs or castings

Other in-house processes:
- thread tapping and rolling
- laser marking
- keyway slotting
- broaching

Quality control:
- Mitutoyo three-dimensional measuring machine,
- computerised profile projector,
- surface roughness meter
- hardness meter.
- PPAP and SPC

We can machine all ferrous and non-ferrous materials in rolled, extruded and ground bar stock (including high speed steel, C 35 Pb, C40/45, AISI 303, 304 and 316 stainless steels, steel alloys, titanium, brass, bronze, aluminium and plastics).

How we do it

Requests for offers are processed within 24 hours as part of our standard operating procedures. Provided the necessary materials are readily available, orders are normally delivered within one to two working weeks, depending on the complexity of the product involved (unless special machining operations have to be performed externally).

Germany is - and has been for many years now- our main export market, followed by Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark and Austria.

Leading Italian company in the field of design and manufacturing of injection moulds as well as development of process solutions for the automotive sector.
Our specialization is in the field of complex 1K moulds as well as multicomponent injection moulds with different technologies (core back system, rotational tools, index tools, vertical rotation, transfer tools - pick and place - and coreside lateral shift). With our 2K and 3K injection moulds we can also supply auxiliary injection units for the production of multicomponent parts by using a conventional 1K injection machine.
Our injection moulds are applied both in the interior as well as in the exterior of the car.
Our product portfolio is completed with the supply of a diverse range of industrial automations, such as end-of-arm grippers, machines for sprue cutting, cartesian robots, equipment for quality control, pressure check and assembly, robotized cells, equipment for film wrapping, gauges, laser cutting stations and others.
