Production of drawing parts mainly with machining processes

We offer contract manufacturing of milled parts using a 3-axis and a 5-axis milling machine.

Serial precision parts with tolerances about 5 microns are our strenght as well as thin-walled precision parts for concentricity and axial eccentricity of 10 microns, even in several voltage.

We are a supplier to the metalworking industry and there are more than twenty years. Founded in 1990 by the then owner Dieter Schubert Schubert machining technology has grown to a medium sized company e Kfm.

The present owner Joachim Mittrach took over the operation in 2006.

As a training company we have been recognized since 2008. the first apprentice has successfully completed in the spring of 2011 his final exams as a machinist before the Competent chamber. The second trainee has completed additional training to master successfully.

With modern production technologies and CNC controlled machine tools, we manufacture a wide range of workpieces for the machines, tools and equipment. We create series or items with complex geometry from all machinable materials.

We are a medium-sized company based in Remscheid and manufacture turned parts, milled parts and complete assemblies for machines and special purpose machines. Our machinery is also designed for the production of single parts and small series. Medium companies and engineering firms from the machine and plant appreciate our punctuality and our greatest flexibility in all manufacturing processes. In the newly built production hall in 2000 we mill parts up to 3000x800x720mm, we turn with a bar diameter of 80mm, chuck parts up to 300mm in diameter and we grind with max. 800x500mm.
Series production is permanently checked in the measuring machine, measuring range 406x365x305mm. As a medium-sized company based in the Bavarian Forest, we and our employees are particularly challenged to assert ourselves on the market. For our production, this means being more perfect, cheaper and more reliable than the competition.
As a specialist in machining, ZTS manufactures turned and milled parts from non-ferrous metals, quality and stainless steels, plastics or high-alloy special steels.
