ELEKTROMECHANIKA Úvaly s.r.o. is a company which has a long tradition of providing quality service in the engineering market.

Since our inception, we have concentrated on producing and assemblying of preciselly machined parts made from various materials (steel, Inox, aluminium, copper, plastic, bronze, …) for a number of industrial sectors.

We are specialised in precision turning, milling, drilling, pressing, and welding. Additionally, we also provide all types of surface finishing.

Our production program consists of a wide range of individual parts and final products. Our typical final products include : electrical switchboards, electronic cabinets, tempering units, billboards, advertising and signing panels. All these products are produced in accordance to the specification of our customers and their requirements.

Quality of our production is controlled also by 3D measurement system and we have been holder of the ISO 9001:2000 certificate continuously since 1998.

ELESTRA d.o.o. is company with a 40-year tradition in manufacturing.

We provide integral high quality solutions in design, development, production and assembly of injection products and metal processing.

We have established our own toolshop 30 years ago to support the development of our products and now offer its services to our customers. We produce plastic injection and die cast molds, sheet metal processing and other tools for our own as well as our customer's needs. We also produce custom assemblies and automatic systems for product assembly. The toolshop is equipped with a complete machine park for mold production and is comitted to speed and quality.

We also offer prototype and small to medium series production of various parts on all our machines, as well as assembly of precision mechanical assemblies. We are a tier 1 and tier 2 supplier for companies in the defense sector - our products include structural parts of aluminum and various mechanical subassemblies. This includes also the required surface treatment of the parts (anodizing, chromating, nitrocarburizing, manganese phosphating, nickel plating etc.) and painting.

With the name LH (later ELHA), which is composed of the abbreviation for "Liemke Hövelhof", a company for the manufacture of machine tools for the wood and metal processing industry emerged around 1930 from an electrical trade.

Today we are known for tailor-made machining centers, special machines and production modules. For more than 45 years we have worked successfully as a tool, fixture and contract manufacturer for renowned national clients.

Our qualified staff of 16, modern machinery and certified management systems guarantee for efficiency, quality and delivery reliability.

We mill to max. 1350x400x400mm and 1 to 8 weight on CNC machining centers and 2 conventional milling machines, turning to 8 CNC lathes up to 1 Ø880x1600mm and weight.

Using the latest CNC technology and CAD CAM systems the greatest possible cost with the highest quality and short delivery times will be agreed.

With the 5 and 4 axis machining centers with up to 18000 U / min milling of complex contours is possible.

The 4-axis mill-turn produce turned parts including milling in one setup with maximum productivity.

For the tool and our CNC EDM machine is optimal with 8-fold electrode changer.

We also have 2 round and 1 flat grinding machine, three conventional lathes, 2 conventional milling tool, one conventional EDM machines, measuring machines, Zett measuring 6-articulated arm and many other drills, hand tools, etc.

Our core business, which we already operate over 55 years and 4 generations lies in the manufacture of spinnerets. For about 20 years we develop special nozzle for the generation of fog, which are distinguished from competing products characterized by their robustness and long life with constant atomization. This single-fluid mist nozzles operate at a water pressure between 20 and 80 bar and atomize water depending on the type of nozzle into extremely fine particles with diameters between 5 microns and 25 microns.These tiny water particles are schebefähig and evaporate very quickly in air ambient air, resulting in different physical effects occur, which can be used economically.

Since early 2010 we have a milk bottle in the program which was specifically developed for the direct marketing of dairy beverages and fruit juices.The special shape provides excellent filling and cleanability of the bottle. It is suitable both for filling in beverage vending machines as well as for general purposes.
