Jacobi has been established by Lothar Jacobi in 1967. He became favorite partner to the leading German tobacco companies - focussing on maintenance, rebuilding and manufacturing of outstanding solutions. After having merged with the Eastern German tobacco specialist Systemtechnik his son, Frank Jacobi, has taken over the management of the well established manufacturer of customized equipment.

Storage, dosage and transportation of tobacco bins, cardboard boxes and cutfiller represent Jacobi's core skills. Their individually designed solutions link Primary and Secondary machinery at high quality standard.

The Glaetzer GmbH works with CNC machining center of the latest generation for well-known clients in the automotive industry and its suppliers farms. The company specializes in large series, the ideal lot size 10000-150000 parts by year.

There are predominantly used the tried and tested devices and tools of sister companies, as here, testing and experience great expertise has emerged. This leads to a real advantage for the customer, because Glaetzer combines three business segments: CNC machining in conjunction with Räumtechnik plus system technology!

We work on forgings and castings for the automotive industry, where we specialize in complex geometries and larger dimensions of the parts.

Our expertise we have developed specifically in the areas of Spannvorichtungen and cutting tools.We have the cutting tool manufacturers-sectional data analyzed by long-term testing and developed inserts that are tailored specifically to the operation.

In the last five years, a new CNC machining center was purchased with changing tables annually, each was specified according to our specifications. All centers are similar in basic design, but have in detail about different performance.

Räumtechnik

From the beginning of the rooms belongs to the range of Glaetzer. We have broaching machines with up to 1,000 mm stroke at a maximum tensile force of 10 tons. It can be assigned up to 4 per broaching machine.

The broaching process is characterized partly by a high dimensional accuracy of the workpiece and simultaneously excellent service life of the tool.

We offer dezidiertes specialized knowledge in the field of broaching tools, sharpening and of course the broaching process itself. Here we make use of the expertise of the sister operation Meyer + Dörner GmbH, whose sole business is the manufacture, service and the trade with broaches.

The company was founded in 1972 and is located in 800 square meters of its own facilities in Levadia, central Greece. We have been specializing in the manufacture of high-precision metallic and non-metallic industrial components, spare parts and complex assemblies for over 40 years.

The GLEICH Group is a traditional family business from Kaltenkirchen, near Hamburg. Founded in 1980 by Günter and Christel Gleich, the group of companies is now run by Roland Gleich in the second generation. Since the mid-1990s, the core business has been the development, production and worldwide distribution of G.AL® aluminum panels. The brand name G.AL® stands for extremely low-warpage, dimensionally stable and homogeneous aluminum precision and mold boards with consistently good quality. A special manufacturing process allows us to clearly distinguish it from conventional aluminum slabs. Our customers benefit from the resulting unique material properties by significantly reducing production times and component costs.

As a unique service package, you will receive from us both the raw material from our own production and the finished drawing part. Travel distances of up to 3,000 x 4,000 are possible here.
