At our Bisingen, Mühlacker, Schopfheim and Hirrlingen sites we manufacture cast parts using the chill casting and sand casting methods of production. We reliably supply customers from all sectors of industry (mechanical engineering, engine construction, the automotive sector, electrical and medical equipment, etc.).
Mechanical processing in our own facilities and with selected external partners enables us to satisfy industry’s desire for components that are ready to fit. Surface treatments of all kinds are the norm for the Grohmann Group.

Grohn Metall GmbH is a young family-owned company based in Ahnsen and offers professional contract manufacturing for your components and assemblies.

On over 1,000 m² of production area, we manufacture individual customer solutions in the fields of CNC turning, CNC milling and welding with state-of-the-art machines.

Gronbach has been developing and producing components and complex assemblies on a production area of over 20,000 m2 with 290 employees since 1964 and has also specialised in the processing of stainless steel and aluminium, surface finishing and plastic injection moulding. In the area of production technologies, we have specialized primarily in the surface refinement of stainless steel and aluminum, the production of functional and visible components as well as plastic injection molding and adhesive technology. These technologies form the basis of our equipment technology, but are also offered by us as individual services.

We are constantly expanding and renewing our portfolio with new combinations of technologies and materials, e.g. in the art of back-moulding metals such as aluminium and stainless steel with different plastics, in order to be able to offer our customers high-quality and cost-optimised manufacturing processes.

Our philosophy, "precise and economical manufacture," we remain since its founding in 1969 until today. In addition to the traditional tool and machine came from 1978 CNC metal-cutting manufacturing time. Next Generation GmbH is the apprentice company of Groz-Beckert KG. The company is largely managed and run by trainees. Its parts are manufactured in the training workshop.
