For over 30 years in charge of the special education center for disabled eV people with special needs. At our institution, therefore, also includes its own workshop for the handicapped (WfB).



This can compete with the private sector is well - both technical and human resources. We are equipped with advanced computer-controlled machines and employ both in the care of the disabled employees / inside as well as the planning and organization of production exclusively professionals.

Great is the bandwidth of our production. We take orders from the fields of metal, plastic, electric and wood, but are prepared for work in fixture and mold construction.

HSC CONTOUR GmbH is a service provider to develop. Construction and HSC machining model, devices and tools for aluminum and plastics industry, as well as for high-speed cutting of any materials and technical components.

We are a family company with more than 17 years of experience in Turkey. Our primary principle is to do and deliver your work in the shortest time, in the cleanest way, at the most affordable price, according to the wishes of our customers. We are waiting for the orders of our valued customers.

We are a medium sized company with about 60 employees near Ingolstadt. The company Schermer has now been around 32 years. Our production focus lies in the production of precision parts (accuracy to 0.002 mm) for mechanical engineering, the aerospace industry and the automotive industry.

In addition to high-precision individual parts and small series, we also manufacture complete equipment and tools. Our machining depth ranges from conventional turning / milling about the CNC-Drehen/CNC-Fräsen to grinding (flat, indoor and outdoor round, coordinates, etc.), wire EDM and waterjet cutting.

Here, our range of materials from steel and stainless steel ranges over the non-ferrous metals, brass, red brass and copper up to the light metal such as aluminum and titanium.

As a partner in our small group, we have a separate material including service providers, our sister company MVI (www.mvi-metall.de), which ensure rapid deployment of most raw materials and semi-finished products.Over a network, which we, together with our suppliers, we can offer our customers a wide range of heat treatment processes and surface coatings obtained from a single source.
So we are as a supplier specializing in the most common heat treatment methods such as case hardening, nitriding and vacuum hardening.

Our program offers among other things a complete machining in the field of manufacturing parts by: lathe parts, pistons, bushings, washers, rings, valve seat, coil, cone, spool, pipes, sleeves, shafts, axles, hubs, spool, spring plate, pin, roller, roller , bolts, screws nozzles, grinding mandrels, sizing, spindle, aperture, mandrels, lid, insert flange.

In addition to our machining capabilities, we offer our customers even complete assemblies such as measuring devices, test equipment, gauges and mounting devices.

HSP Schwahlen GmbH was founded in 1945. From on 1951 the production had been focused on adapter and withdrawal sleeves being the basis of our current line. At the beginning of the eighties CNC production of goods having greater dimensions was introduced.

HSP supplies all main bearing manufacturers as well as the larger distributors. The standard production range on adapter and withdrawal sleeves, nuts and locking devices is completed by optional hydraulic assistance, abnormal metric inner diameter or complete inch-sized sleeves as well as all specialties based on customer specifications. Besides this we manufacture hydraulic nuts as well as precisely turned and milled thin-walled parts.

Since 2000 HSP is also manufacturing various kinds of cages for bearings from 100 - 4000 mm outer diameter in high quality, small lot sizes and variable material (brass, steel, bronze, aluminium, ...) according to customers requirements. In this segment we produce for all main bearing manufacturers.

In addition to the production know-how HSP has continuously improved quality, logistics and administration. This leads to the high level of quality, delivery conditions and service of HSP.

At our newly built production facility in Langenfeld, established in 2001 and in between extended several times, we manufacture with the latest technology including 3D-measuring equipment.

The certification of the quality management system based on DIN EN ISO 9001 and of the environmental management system based on DIN EN ISO 14001 by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance Limited underlines the endeavour to achieve highest possible precision and satisfaction of our customers as well as the best possible environmental sustainability.

HSP product range

The HSP production programme covers adapter and withdrawal sleeves, nuts and locking devices with 130 mm up to 3000 mm outer diameter and approx. 600 mm in length. Besides the standard we offer the following:

Additional products

Cages for bearings with complex milling and drilling processes up to 1750 mm outer diameter processed in five axis. HSP is not limited to any design according to customer requirements. Most ferrous material can be machined (brass, bronze, steel, aluminium, etc.).

The company HSR Speckhahn has been anchored on the market and in the region for over 60 years. Our 35 qualified employees are in the field of steel construction, mechanical processing with CNC-controlled machines and in technical industrial service for our customers.
