Founded in 1980, Parolin Stampi srl is based in Tezze sul Brenta. Over the years it has become a mechanical toolshop specialized in mechanical processing and in the design and construction of molds for the cold transformation of sheet metal.
Its profile is completed by the press shop department consisting of 4 mechanical presses up to a maximum of 630 tons.

We are a familiar mouldmaker companie specialised in technical moulds .
Our staff is young but skilled with hight academic degree, and We can offer our experience in injection moulds of thermoplastics and thermosets with one material or bi-material at once.

HISTORY
The craft business, founded in 1961 by Mr. Johannes Richter Senior, has been successfully continued and expanded by Mr. Peter Richter to this day.
Our company has been located in the GADA / Bergkirchen industrial estate since 2009.
In 2013 we were able to name Mr. Stefan Frank alongside Mr. Peter Richter as managing director.

The company Plastec was incorporated in 1998 and it has become a heavyweight in the plastics-processing industry in the meantime. MUCELL Technic- and Service-center:
In cooperation with the company Trexel Inc. in the U.S.A., Plastec has erected a pilot plant for customer-specific applications. The MuCell® process permits shorter cycle times, material savings, reduced injection pressures and closing powers. Due to the lower closing powers many components can be manufactured on smaller machines than before. The following quality aspects have been improved: distortion, sink marks and internal tensions. Even thin-walled components can be manufactured with the process for which all other foam and expansion processes faild so far.

TOOL MANUFACTURING:
Plastec has its own tool manufacture. It focuses on the creation of prototype tools and also smaller series tools if required. All prototypes are incorporated cost-effective in the parent molds, only shaping tool components are exchanged.
Plastec manufactures prototypes and series tools up to a size of approx. 400 x 400 mm.
