We supply aluminium castings in various alloys and with individual quality requirements. The company employs over 1000 people and with 11000 m2 production facilities under roof on 47000 m2 land provides a strong foundation to deliver goods on time.
The process chain starts from construction, to pattern making, mould making, casting, heat treatment, CNC machining to final inspection and dispatch.

The main activity of the company is design and manufacturing of the tool equipment and special equipment, providing the production of articles from electronics, food and tobacco industries. The conception tool equipment includes the manufactureof the dies /providing the production of metal parts/, injection moulds /providing the production of plastic parts/, press, blowing moulds, devices, non-standars equipment. This is a single production - every instrument is unique. We have the possibility to produce series details as well as to test the tool equipment that we manufacture.

Founded in 1968, BWF Thermoforms offers its customers for more than 40 years of full support in the development and manufacture of thermoformed plastic enclosures, plastic covers, and technical deep-drawn parts. With the latest technology and a comprehensive range of services we solve unusual tasks efficiently and reliably. The result: visible quality.

Who we are
Tomplast was born in September 2002 in Altavilla Vicentina, by the precise need of "L'inglesina Baby SPA", the leader in the production of baby prams and strollers.
After the initial start-up phase, the company quickly increased its business and its business volume to expand years ago both as a surface and as a fleet.
Today the company operates in two adjacent and communicating establishments of 1000 m2 each and employs a staff of about 30 people.
Tomplast specializes in injection molding of thermoplastic materials and the resulting assembly of printed details is ISO 9001 certified since 2005.
The services Tomplast can offer in addition to the above mentioned processes are packing, stamping, chrome plating, studying, designing and making molds.
The company is present today as well as in the field of early childhood, also in the field of gardening, lighting, furniture and PET.
Tomplast has a fleet of different tonnage (80 TON to 320 TON) Negri Bossi, NPM, Sandretto, Haitian.
Each machine is also equipped with robots, manipulators, dematerializers, dehumidifiers / dryers for technical materials, water thermoregulators and thermoregulation units on hot chambers.
The company also has a polyamide conditioning system after molding.
The most processed thermoplastic materials are: PA6-66, PA6 + GF, PP, POM, ABS, SEBS, PE LD-HD, PS.

Services

MOLDING DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION
The Tomplast technical office working in continuous contact with the customer is able to make the mold according to the required directions and requirements, providing all the experience accumulated in many years of activity in the industry.We can also suggest modifications and improvements to the designs of the plastic parts to obtain the best possible product in the final molding phase. We also use the mold construction beforehand to use rapid prototyping to simulate the final result of the product right away.


INJECTION MOLDING
The molding department uses 18 injection presses connected to a recent drying, dehumidifying and distribution plant for raw materials. Equipped with robots and manipulators and distributed over an area of about 1000 sqm they have a tonnage ranging from 70 tonnes to 320 tonnes. Various types of raw materials are processed, from polypropylene to polyamide 6, 6.6 with different types of fillers, acetalic resins and tons of different hardness. There is also a polyamide conditioning system that allows the use of the printed component quickly.


ASSEMBLY PROCESSING
The assembly unit of about 1000 sqm has fitted mounting lines of riveting machines, manual and self-powered pneumatic screwdrivers.The assembly that is carried out in Tomplast is intended to provide the customer with a complete product in all its parts. Tomplast therefore becomes the only interlocutor with the optimization of the production steps in respect of the quality and the costs required by the customer.

Our activity is outsourcing in the field of mechanical engineering and metal processing.
We have built up a network of agile quality conscious and ISO certified companies in Croatia and Southeast Europe. Our partners have the capacity in the design, manufacture, QC and transportation. All orders are fully carried out by us and for their own account.
We are a subcontractor of machine parts, welded constructions, pressure vessels, castings, casting models, etc.
Uneser team consists from engineers with expertise in engineering and foreign trade whose expertise was collected in Germany, Switzerland and the USA.

We have a long experience in the development and manufacture of high quality injection molds and molded parts in the automotive field, we develop, design and build injection molded parts for well-known player in the automotive industry with full production equipment and expertise, the expertise and experience of the daily production and practical problem solving.
In the clean room production facility with clean room quality according to the ISO Class 7 (in operation) and ISO 6 (AT REST) we manufacture injection molded components for medical technology of the highest chemical resistance.
