Tectum GmbH was founded in Asbach-Bäumenheim (Bavaria, Germany) in 2009, and after the premature completion of the new factory building including the master offices in November 2009, tectum GmbH started production in the field of painting for the aviation industry.
At tectum, mainly GFK / CFK components are painted as an "extended workbench" for the aviation industry. Our quality management especially for aviation is certified annually by TÜV Süd according to the current DIN EN 9100 standard.
In order to serve not only aviation customers, another production hall for the powder coating sector was set up in 2011. Since the start of production, we have regularly been coating one of the world's largest manufacturers and suppliers of tractors and agricultural machines.
In order to be able to optimally serve all customers - from large to private customers - Hall 2016 was expanded on the north side by a larger color bearing with adjacent compressor room.
In 2013 the tectum company managed to build a nearly 700 m² large hall extension for the area of wet lacquering.
Here in the 11.10 mtr. Long and 5.10 mtr. Wide painting and drying booths with a hoistway system and a combi-dryer mainly metal components for the aviation sector.
In July 2015, due to the high capacity utilization of the above-mentioned cabin, a smaller painting booth - with 6.10 mtr. Long and 5.10 mtr. Width - built and commissioned already in the middle of August.
A year later, an equally large painting booth with dryer was installed in this hall. Here, small parts are painted in the metal sector for aviation.
2017 is the construction of a new highly modern paint shop in an already existing hall planned.

We have for 25 years directly involved in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and successfully support our customers in the procurement of mechanical parts and components.
Our engineers organize the selection of suppliers on-site and coordinate the production and logistics process.
The quality control is already taking place locally.

Through our engineering site we guarantee agreed delivery times, intensive quality control and market knowledge.

We follow the production steps in the Czech Republic and Slovakia on site, monitor timeliness and quality of and organize the packing and transport.
