Our waterjet cutting machine cuts sheets next to each other material such as plastic, wood, glass, rubber, stone, etc.to a thickness of 160 mm.

Locksmith In our department, we can drill, cut, thread cutting and sawing. For further machining we have a reliable partner.

AD2000 Data Sheet W 0

For our welding jobs there are certified welders in the TIG, MIG and MAG methods. They are under our welding specialist. We have little proof of suitability in accordance with DIN 18800-7, with the extension on stainless steel.

Stainless steel parts are blasted with glass beads up to a size of 1.5 m x 1.5 m x 6m, the same size, we can sandblast steel parts.

Up to 5m x 2m x 2m Your parts can be either powder coated or painted with us. For hot dip galvanizing, electro galvanizing, burnishing and anodize us are competent partner.

The company Heinz Zenker GmbbH specializes in sheet metal processing and manufacturing of individual parts, prototypes, small series to mass production from coil everything. Since we also have a own tool design and manufacture all our tools themselves, it helps us naturally to queries of any kind to respond quickly and deliver. We have a full plate range, press brakes, CNC milling machines, CNC machining centers, laser (stainless steel up to 12mm, steel up to 15mm), a 3D laser also part of the scope, various presses, punching nipple machines, EDM machines, CNC lathes, and of course beyond the normal mechanical machines. The program includes: wear-resistant coating, corrosion protection coating, overlays, numerous design layers and modified layers with combined properties (multi-layer coating), all based on diamond-like carbon films (type: aC: H: X).
As an example of the multi-layer layer to be mentioned is our latest development, this has been modified specifically for applications in injection molding. It combines high temperature resistance with consistent wear protection and maximum corrosion resistance (as chemically inert) with a unique anti-stick effect and very low friction coefficient. All this at a very attractive appearance.

I-Max ® technology, developed by Helios Technology for its range of high efficiency modules, allows to obtain, differently comparing with the traditional modules, an increase current output of (10-17%) at operating battery voltage (12-13 Volt).
During the year 2003 the production capacity will increase from actual 2,9 Megawatts/year up to 5 Megawatts/year on a work shift basis.
Our photovoltaic modules range from 20 Watts to 150 Watts, boasting one of the most complete lines for several applications: grid connected systems in the photovoltaic roofs, water pumping systems, stand alone systems supplied with batteries for houses and telecommunications. Our photovoltaic modules are certified from European Union Laboratories of ISPRA.
Another of the main activities of Helios Technology is also the Know How transfer, this is demonstrated by the successful Joint Ventures realized in Europe, Africa, India and China.
