CNC milling, HSC milling, CNC turning, wire and sink EDM, flat, circular and coordinate grinding stand for appropriate quality and precision. Our key machines are automated and can therefore run mostly unmanned and around the clock — cost-effectively for shorter project turnaround times.


We program with the latest hyperMILL® CAM software from OPEN MIND Technologies AG.

With our technical equipment, we can produce mold sizes of up to 1200 x 800 millimeters or a mold weight of up to approx. 4 tons.

Good to know: our capacities are also available for contract manufacturing of all types.

The company Jakob Schäfer was in Kaiserslautern, Mühlstr in 1926. 9 of machinist - champion Jacob Schaefer founded.
Mr. Jacob Schaefer worked in the tool room Pfaff
, where he took his master's certificate in 1919. First founded Mr. Shepherd has entered the bicycle mechanic Guild, and worked as a guild master. It then bicycles and motorcycles were sold and repaired.

Before the second World War II was furnished a cylinder grinding and turning shop.

In 1990 the office building was enlarged by 100 square meters. After the construction of an additional hall in 1998 the operation are around 2,500 square meters of covered factory area available.

Currently, the annual turnover of 4.5 million euros at an average of 45 employees.
