The focal point of steel is a 100% subsidiary of Abraham Hans Metal GmbH.
Our core competence at the site Plein field is the production of steel blanks on modern plasma and oxyfuel cutting equipment.

Outstanding is the ability to produce components with width of about 3 meters.

Thanks to our dedicated staff and slender structures, we are able to rapidly your orders to deal flexibly and competently.

1. Steel work constructions and Fabrications: Can be produced in all weldable grades of steel, stainless steel and aluminium.

2. Ferrous Castings: Generally available with a range of alloy material choices including SG cast iron and cast steel in the range of 0.5 to 500 kg.

3. Non Ferrous Castings: Available as gravity or pressure cast components in typical alloy compositions.

4. Profiled Components: A wide range of cut and formed components can be manufactured in a variety of finishes. Components can be cut to a high degree of accuracy using the most up to date laser technology.

5. Forgings: Steel forgings are generally up to 50th's in applications where internal cavities are not required.

6. Treatment and Finishes: All products can be provided as produced or as heat treated products and where required can also be supplied in a range of finishes.

- Bending on 4 Trumpf systems up to 6050mm. Material up to 10 mm
- Pillow plates manufactured according to customer specifications in approx. 10 days

- In-house production of flat steel from 2 mm to 12 mm in HL 3000 — 6000 mm
- Travelling around the DACH region with around 30 truckloads per week

We have lasers and milling machines for 2D and 3D processing

The company Büchel metal can provide for you welded joints in the form of machine frames, brackets, Landscaping parts and railings. Autogenous welding and combustion processes are also familiar to us, thus is for us the ability to perform repairs. Furthermore, the company has a manual plasma cutting machine, Wigner, E-welder and a magnetic drill. Some examples we have shown in our company presentation.
