We manufacture metal parts and metal furniture by means of CNC machine TRAUMATIC 200R. This machine empowers to cut metal sheet of up to 3 mm within working extensity of 2000 x 1000 mm with +/- 0,03 mm accuracy and if accidental error occurs, then within working extensity of 2500 x 1250 mm.
Further, we offer accurate functional parts production by means of CNC brake pressing machine TrumaBend V85SX. Compacting power is 85t, brake length is 2500 mm.

Trumpf Company’s modern technology used by our company enables a manufacturing of high quality products characterised by considerable production accuracy and flexibility. Metal sheet production by CNC machines is also provided according to our customers’ requests based on their own drawing plans (files dxs, dwg or in printed form), if needed then a supplied sample is sufficient, too.

Our company was established on October 20, 1991 or more specifically during the onset of privatisation in the former Czecho-Slovakia. Our feasibility study was worked out with the human potential in mechanical engineering in mind. It has followed up in the long tradition of boiler and radiator production. It specializes in the production of central heating boilers, for households and smaller industrial premises, up to the wattage of 50 kW. It produces boilers running both on solid and gas fuel. It markets its production mainly in such foreign markets as Germany,Austria,Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary and the Czech Republic. The company also deals with handling and palletization technologies, which are widely used in warehouse management, interoperational transport and in logistics in general. The greater volume of production heads for the transport handling of various assembly parts in automobile industry. Our company supplies almost every European automobile company with its transport pallets. It also offers a gardening range of flower-pot holders and support constructions for plants along with a variety of contraptions used for capturing rodents, small birds-of-prey and birds. The traps are widely used in hunting. Animal traps and cages are designed not to hurt the animals themselves or their outer appearance.
Production profile summary: steel plate and steel profile processing for a range of mechanical constructions and products. Nowadays, the annual volume of our production amounts to 30 million SKK; with 90 % of it produced for export.



Profile: Production of the pallet technique, which is suitable for all kind of stock work and intermediate operation transport. Some kinds of pallets are dedicated for military use. We are able to develop and prepare the production of pallet technique on the basis of the customer requirements as well. – production of the boilers (output up to 50 kWh). The boilers are produced to work with the gas as well as solid fuel. – production of the garden tools (rakes, different kinds of holders etc.) – production in the car industry (production of tripod frame for the axles. The frame has got the dead tonnage of 2 or 3 tons and the adjustable height. This frame is widely used in the car services. We are also able to produce the exhausts for the car industry.) – The company is also able to produce variety of mounded products and the welded constructions fully accomplishing the requirements of our customers. The row material are mostly tin-plates and profile semi finished steel products. The maximum capacity of the company is approximately 50–60 mil. SKK per year.
