By an up-to-date machine parc, in conjunction with a team of professional and driven people we are able to achieve high accuracy. With our 5-axis machines in combination with a CAD / CAM system we can mill 5-axis simultaneous. This allows us to create products with high complexity.

We can produce customer-specific products with high complexity and accuracy. However, you can also go for simple products to us.

We can machine a wide variety of materials. Eg stainless steel, brass, aluminum, Inconel, Ampocoloy, titanium and plastics.
The maximum dimensions of products that we can realize are 600x600x500 mm / Ø150 × 250 mm. By wire EDM a maximum dimension of 600x400x320 mm is possible. We are mainly specialised in single pieces and small series.

We manufacture your product through 3- and 5-axis milling, turning with driven tools and wire EDM. We also carry out work such as drilling, surface grinding, sawing, sanding, grinding, honing and engraving. In conjunction with assembly we can offer a complete product.

Besides that we realize your product, we can critically think along with you with regard to the feasibility of the product, materialization of the product, heat and surface treatment and so on.

The quality control we perform using accurate measurement equipment including a 3D measuring machine. If required we can provide a test report with your products.

Industrial Plastic Supplies has been in business for the last twenty one years and in those twenty one years we have built a steady reputation for quality and reliability in all forms of plastic engineering. We are ISO 9001 certified and count amongst our customers many 'blue chip' companies.
