The company was founded in 1995 by Mr. Kress Wolfgang Kress.



Since 2005, the company headquarters in Biebergemünd Wirtheim is in a new operations building.

We are engaged in special machines and equipment; fixture, test benches and Prüflehrenbau; contract manufacturing in the field of milling, turning and construction, construction of vacuum components;

Since April 2006, our company is DIN EN ISO 9001: 2008 certified.

We are a very flexible and reliable plastics processor with our own tool shop in central Germany. The tools are completely manufactured and sampled in-house. In plastics production, we work with 16 injection molding machines with locking forces between 15 and 800 tons. We mainly work with machines from Arburg, but we also use machines from Battenfeld, Engel and Hemscheidt. In addition to tool production and injection molding, assemblies can also be assembled and plastic parts can be printed.

Kristen & Zahalka
was founded in 1955 by Adolf Zahalka and Helmut Kristen as mold-operation.
Over the years, the small 2-man company has developed into a flexible family business with reliable employees, seven injection molding machines and a punching.

Main tools contract manufacturing is an important part within the Maincor AG.
With almost 100 employees, custom products for a variety of applications are manufactured.
