We are a medium sized metal and engineering company and have been working for over 25 years in companies in the food industry, especially large bakeries. Our field of activity includes the manufacture of transport equipment as well as the disassembly, assembly, and the change or extension of existing facilities. Our product range includes external stairs, covers, lids and platforms, steel structures according to specifications and much more.

We laser material to a format of 1,500 x 3,000 mm, stainless steel up to a thickness of 10 mm, black steel up to 20 mm thick! After the laser procedure, we directly have the opportunity to sing on site: edges. Rolls. Welding. Rays. This allows us short and flexible delivery times!

The company Bos Inox UAB specializes in the production of high-quality metal parts. Our manufacturing process includes sheet and tube laser cutting, sheet bending, mechanical processing like threading, deburring, welding of different parts according customer specification. We are a company with many years of experience in the production of catering equipment, steel accessories, steel light and semi-heavy structures (aluminum, stainless steel and steel ...) and powder coating and sandblasting as a complete process. We use modern CNC machines (laser, punch, bender 3m, 4m to 6mm sheet metal bending thickness ...) in all phases of material production and processing. Our certified welders are qualified to do demanding work, and all this is accompanied by a professional team, which with the latest programs prepares the basis for the preparation of documentation and monitoring of the production process

1. Steel work constructions and Fabrications: Can be produced in all weldable grades of steel, stainless steel and aluminium.

2. Ferrous Castings: Generally available with a range of alloy material choices including SG cast iron and cast steel in the range of 0.5 to 500 kg.

3. Non Ferrous Castings: Available as gravity or pressure cast components in typical alloy compositions.

4. Profiled Components: A wide range of cut and formed components can be manufactured in a variety of finishes. Components can be cut to a high degree of accuracy using the most up to date laser technology.

5. Forgings: Steel forgings are generally up to 50th's in applications where internal cavities are not required.

6. Treatment and Finishes: All products can be provided as produced or as heat treated products and where required can also be supplied in a range of finishes.
