Metal Group Elite 2006 Ltd. has more than 25 years of experience in manufacturing metal products and trading with metals.

The warehouse and production base are located in the city of Pleven Bulgaria with a total area of over 6000 sq.m.

The production base is equipped with modern machinery and technology for manufacturing and working of different types of work pieces and metal products, with loading, unloading and logistic facilities.

The offered processes are including machining, welding and heat treatment of steel constructions up to 30t.

Our production base has modern equipment, providing a wide variety of technological operations and guaranteeing high quality of our services.

We store more than 1000 tons of carbon, structural, tool, alloy, fast-cutting, bearing and stainless steels, as well as profiles, sheets, pipes and more.

The principal workings we realize are the following: stainless steel laser cutting, bending, stamping, welding, finishing and packaging.
Our machine fleet consists of:
- 2 lines of stainless steel laser cutting systems (sheet and tube)
- Semi-automatic tube cutting line
- Bending machines for sheet with a maximum processing length of 4 meters
- Hending machines for tube D. 10 to D. 60, square too
- TIG and MIG welding work-stations
- Electric punching machines
- The cleaning and packaging division completes the production cycle of requested articles, ensuring the quality of manufactured product.

With few exceptions, the well-preserved buildings date from the time when the factory was founded (1857) and thus contribute to the unmistakable character of the location.
Metalldesign Schmitt has found optimal possibilities here for its production and working conditions. We deal with all types of metal processing. We have modern machines and well-trained specialist staff at our disposal for this purpose. We are a registered welding company and fundamentally certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008.
