Helprod (HELCO Production) is a company specialized in metal processing and all the staff is determined to offer quality solutions by following your projects from the initial concept to the delivery of the final product. We work predominantly with sheet metal and we can process carbon steel, stainless steel (aluminum), aluminum and other materials obtained by hard alloys (HardOx). We use technical procedures for laser cutting the sheet metal, bending the resulting product and then welding according to the technical drawing. Our specialization is stainless steel processing, but we process carbon steel or aluminum with the same performance.

We founded our firm in 2005 based on our several years of experiences in engineering and in manufacturing practices.
Mainly, we use our experiences in single-purpose machine designing, automated assembling, industrial automation, special machine engineering and 3D modeling, cutting (milling, turning etc.) and welding. It can be a simple tool or a complete production line.
Besides, we undertake the implementation of constructive tasks in different fields of mechanical engineering.
Our costumers are mostly electronic, motor industrial, food industrial companies, multinational companies, for whom we design and produce customized devices according to their special needs.

For more than 25 years, ibl Maschinenbau GmbH has been successfully developing and manufacturing custom-made machines, systems, devices, assemblies and individual parts.

The desired solution for the optimization of production processes, including drawings, such as robotic workstations, fixtures and systems, assemblies, tool changing vehicles as well as components for production plants is created in our own development and production.

Various parts for the automotive industry, packaging and aircraft industry are manufactured in our modern CNC machining centers according to drawings and customer requirements.
