A New Laser Machine

We have invested in a top of the range Trumph laser machine
that produces low volumes of high quality components. The
machine can cut any shape, however complex, in mild steel,
stainless steel, coated steel and aluminium. With a laser etch
facility it can imprint part numbers, bar codes, logos or any
other markings on the component. The laser machine can
cut through steel up to 16mm thick.
Fast Laser Service

We are committed to delivering outstanding service levels.
Quotations are provided within 24 hours at competitive
prices. The components can be delivered within 72 hours and
JIT to meet the most demanding customer schedules. All
components are manufactured by experienced operators and
under stringent quality standards. There is the additional
manufacturing capability and skill to brake press and
robotically weld components that have been lasered.
From One Product

We have the capability and capacity to manufacture
prototypes and small runs on our laser machine. When
demand increases we can move production to one of our
technical assembly manufacturing lines, benefiting the
customer with efficiencies in time and cost.

Our strengths



In modern hammering and fine blanking plants, we convert all standard steel alloys, stainless and heat resistant steels and non-ferrous metals according to the individual requirements of our customers or our own development work.
Our strengths lie in the production of complex forgings ranging in weight from 50 g to 8 kg, fine blanking parts with built-forming operations from coils in a material thickness of 3 to 14 mm.

About 60% of our products are delivered as pre-finished components.
