The LAKUM-KTL company was established in 1998 in Frýdlant nad Ostavicí (near the Ostrava town in the Czech Republic). The company destination is to produce metal products from steel sheets by stamping, punching, bending, welding, riveting.
The second company division provides surface treatments painting.
The third company division is for assembly of company products.

We produce fluorescent lights, metal chairs bodies, metal furniture parts and kitchen fume chambers, special containers, billboards, movable tables, heating boiler bodies, atc. We are able to produce products according to customer requests including their surface treatments and final assembly.

Larreno S.L. is a company dedicated to the manufacture and welding of stamped parts with a wide range of finishes, situated on a 10.000m2 lot in the Poligono Industrial Boroa, a primarily industrial and technological centre in the Bilbao area.

We offer a comprehensive service that encompasses the design and manufacture of dies, the industrialization and manufacture of the end product.

We have a large fleet of machinery with presses up to 1000Tn and a trained staff which keeps us at the forefront of a highly competitive sector.

From complex single pieces to series production of parts for the automotive industry, the range of production possibilities ranging in metal cutting. Sawing, grinding, drilling, turning, and milling are techniques in which we might be justified by our extensive range of machinery each request. From automatic band saw with bundle clamping device to the path-controlled CNC milling of high-tech machinery is sufficient.

Stamping and deep drawing presses on up to 90 tons of pressing force complete the spectrum.

Another focus is the production welding. We master all resistance welding processes and welding with shielding gas both steel and aluminum. For the welding of series parts are available in our production 3 welding robot with up to 7 programmable Freiheitsgraten available.

To round off our range of services we provide capacity for all types of assembly tasks and happy to take over packaging and shipping work.

We are a nationally recognized workshop for disabled people and can thus, give you all the benefits granted by the legislature (countervailing charge, half of VAT).

Of course, all production areas according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 certified.

L.G. Lavorazione gomma is specialized in injection and compression moulding of rubber
articles and in mechanical manufacturing of plastic materials and electrical insulating for
the production of little and middle joint series used in the industrial field.
Our machines allow us to produce a wide range of articles and to use the most fitting machine
for the required manufacture and for the lot of production demanded.
We can provide our customers with two different mechanical manufacturing processes:
cutting and/or punching of insulating materials and rubber plates and manufacturing by
means of C.N.C. machinery. Our products can be realized with elastomers fitted for client’s
requests: we have realized for the electromechanical field some auto-extinguishing batches in CR (neoprene) or in SI (silicone) that pass VO class of UL94 norm.
We use plastic materials such as polyamide, acetylic resin, PTFE or thermosetting materials like NEMA, GP03, NEMA G5, NEMA G7, NEMA G10, G11, FR4 and paper or cloth laminates with
modified phenol resin.
According to ISO 9004 norm our society can satisfy any customer’s needs for the manufacture
of products according to the customer’s drawings and desires.

- 1 265 tons injection press with a 1000CC capacity; with vacuum pump;
- 1 300 tons compressing press controlled by microprocessor, 550x600 mm plan
with vacuum bell;
- 1 220 tons compressing press controlled by microprocessor with 600x600 plan;
- 1 punching press;
- 1 milling machine CNC with a table 1360x2560mm and a tool support revolver 8
positions
- 1 CNC copy lathe for working of diameter till 160mm and rods working till diam
32 mm.
- 1 parallel lathe;
- 1 cutting press;
Square machine, drills, tapping machine, centre lathe and copying lathe
complete the machine park and allow us to front all of our customer’s requests.
