The company was founded in 1958, has a constructed area of 2500 square meters and it is ISO 9001:2000 certified. The production of die cast parts made of zinc alloys (Zamax) is our product line and the manufactured parts have to carry a weight range of 2 g min to max 2 Kg We are structured around the following mechanical machining:
Curls, countersinking, thread cutting, sand blasting, drums and assembly. In addition, the following surface treatments such as nickel plating, chrome plating, zinc plating, painting and powder coating can be carried out. The machines that we have in use, are hot chamber machines with electric heat maintenance yards.In order to achieve a better quality all the machines are automated by automatic lubrication and control scales of the casting weight. As for our quality, we have besides the usual mechanical instruments via the following electronic devices: Digital - gauges, tensile testing, three-dimensional Dea Swift, motor-driven, for Erstmuterprüfberichte provided with software for storing and periodic inspection of all identified dimensions.All measurements are archived on the PC and thus we have the following options: storage and data processing with compressed possibility of checks carried out; Rückvervollbarkeit of the product by means of identification that is done by assigning the lot number. Family Aluminium foundry, we are specialized in gravity die casting, we develope the project with internal software and co design with client new casting, we could also do simulation. We are specialized in big casting with thikness area, we work for technicall lighting, biomed, mecchanical trasmission, and other. Quality and flexibility in forgings, castings and machining

Since 1995 Formaco delivers pre-machined or complete machined forged parts and casted parts. A large range of customers in the Netherlands or of broad will be provided with shafts, rings, bushes or flanges.

Our cooperation is exclusively with international forges, foundries or machine shop, which all have their own specialization in production methods and materials.

Mold Wolframm is a qulifizierter developer and manufacturer of precision injection molds on the German market.

Form Model commenced the pattern production for gery iron and sypheroidical casting in 1993 at Corlu. In 2001, Form Model expended the work area with the addition of 200 sqm. of its new machinary park. A new branch office was establish in Ankara in early 2003, to decrease the delivery time to its customers. During 2006, Form Model established a new company in Dobrich at Bulgaria to provide quicker and convenient response throughout its customer's demands in Europa and now continues its operations in machine modelling, processing and aluminum casting. Our company target is to follow the new developpments in technology and constantly renew its structure in machine modelling, molds and processing through CAD-CAM design.
Form Model is capable of performing any process up to 2000*870*710 size on its vertical processing CNC equipments and continues development in this area. Form Model produce model plates, core pattern adaptation plates, complete manufacturingand assembly in house with the competitive prices and the high quality standarts.
