The quality policy serves as a binding guideline for all employees to act in a quality-conscious, customer-oriented and responsible manner.

The heart of our QM system is the project process. The QM system defines the goals, processes and responsibilities company-wide. The QM system therefore forms the framework for our daily work.

Continuous, systematic improvement is also integrated. The ISO standard requires the ongoing collection of information on the effectiveness of the QM system. The analysis of this information reveals potential for improvement, for which targeted measures are defined.

At the customer's request, we also work according to the VDA 6.1 guidelines. We are very familiar with the quality tools required for this, such as statistical process control or measurement system analysis.

The Saxon diecast GmbH was founded in 1992 as a die-Saxon and electrical products GmbH, emerged from the VEB die casting, whose headquarters was in Borsdorf since 1954.

In 1995, the operation was performed in the final privatization.

During the year 2006, the aluminum foundry, tool and mechanical production was gradually shifted from Borsdorf to Beucha. At the beginning of 2007, the relocation of the entire Borsdorfer division was completed in the new and much larger facility in Beucha, which was accompanied simultaneously with an expansion of production and logistics capacity.

At present, our company employs 85 people.

As a longtime partner in all industries, from automotive industry, household appliances and electrical industry through to the light and heavy engineering, has Saxon diecast GmbH extensive experience in the production of light and Schwermetalldruckguß.

Created in 1989, the aluminium die-casting foundry originally made unfinished parts for the European automotive industry.
