The main activity of the company is design and manufacturing of the tool equipment and special equipment, providing the production of articles from electronics, food and tobacco industries. The conception tool equipment includes the manufactureof the dies /providing the production of metal parts/, injection moulds /providing the production of plastic parts/, press, blowing moulds, devices, non-standars equipment. This is a single production - every instrument is unique. We have the possibility to produce series details as well as to test the tool equipment that we manufacture.

Who we are
Tomplast was born in September 2002 in Altavilla Vicentina, by the precise need of "L'inglesina Baby SPA", the leader in the production of baby prams and strollers.
After the initial start-up phase, the company quickly increased its business and its business volume to expand years ago both as a surface and as a fleet.
Today the company operates in two adjacent and communicating establishments of 1000 m2 each and employs a staff of about 30 people.
Tomplast specializes in injection molding of thermoplastic materials and the resulting assembly of printed details is ISO 9001 certified since 2005.
The services Tomplast can offer in addition to the above mentioned processes are packing, stamping, chrome plating, studying, designing and making molds.
The company is present today as well as in the field of early childhood, also in the field of gardening, lighting, furniture and PET.
Tomplast has a fleet of different tonnage (80 TON to 320 TON) Negri Bossi, NPM, Sandretto, Haitian.
Each machine is also equipped with robots, manipulators, dematerializers, dehumidifiers / dryers for technical materials, water thermoregulators and thermoregulation units on hot chambers.
The company also has a polyamide conditioning system after molding.
The most processed thermoplastic materials are: PA6-66, PA6 + GF, PP, POM, ABS, SEBS, PE LD-HD, PS.

MOLDING DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION
The Tomplast technical office working in continuous contact with the customer is able to make the mold according to the required directions and requirements, providing all the experience accumulated in many years of activity in the industry.We can also suggest modifications and improvements to the designs of the plastic parts to obtain the best possible product in the final molding phase. We also use the mold construction beforehand to use rapid prototyping to simulate the final result of the product right away.


INJECTION MOLDING
The molding department uses 18 injection presses connected to a recent drying, dehumidifying and distribution plant for raw materials. Equipped with robots and manipulators and distributed over an area of about 1000 sqm they have a tonnage ranging from 70 tonnes to 320 tonnes. Various types of raw materials are processed, from polypropylene to polyamide 6, 6.6 with different types of fillers, acetalic resins and tons of different hardness. There is also a polyamide conditioning system that allows the use of the printed component quickly.


ASSEMBLY PROCESSING
The assembly unit of about 1000 sqm has fitted mounting lines of riveting machines, manual and self-powered pneumatic screwdrivers.The assembly that is carried out in Tomplast is intended to provide the customer with a complete product in all its parts. Tomplast therefore becomes the only interlocutor with the optimization of the production steps in respect of the quality and the costs required by the customer.

The companys beginnings go back to the year 1991 when associated company Iskra fell apart and Iskra videomatika also went bankrupt. The resources provided by ORODJARSTVO ÐURIÈIÈ IN KOVINOPLASTIKA KULJ helped the company Iskra videomatika to continue its operating and from which a new company Tritech d.o.o. was formed later. Workplaces werent lost and the market expanded, because not only did the new companies offer the financial resources, but they also brought new programs and technologies. Tritech d.o.o. is a young working organization and was founded in 1993. Basic activity of the new-formed company in the first two years was mainly own construction and production of tools for:

· extruding plastic
· injecting plastic
· die cast
· cutting

Over the last few years our company has started the construction and production of automatic lines and also equipment and machines made to order. Such production requires cooperation of experts from different areas. Therefore, developing-research team was formed within the organization. This group consists of researchers in the field of mechanical engineering, electronics and computer science. At the beginning there were 7 employees while today the company employs 29 people including the developing-research team.

TOOLS

Some of the companies significant tools are:

Two-nested tool for injecting part from PA 66 with 30% glass fibers. It is carried through using a hydraulic extraction of inserts. The product must hold out 300 bars and 500.000 injections. There are two R 3/8 and s 26X2 coils on the product.

Device for grinding the front of the gas turbines small spades (ABB SWITZERLAND). It can be used for universal grinding from Ø 400 to Ø 1700. Materials are made from stainless steel and aluminium. The device is used for maintenance of gas turbines worldwide.

Combined tool for progressive punching of holders for wall plug-box. It is made of divided matrices and oppressed plates.

TST is an Italian company specializing in the development and production of injection molded parts made of different plastics.
The production is ISO 9001: ISO 16949 and ISO 13485 2000 certified.
