1952 establishes Erich Weidmann Weidmann Maschinenbau GmbH and builds sawing machines for steel and aluminum.

1968 starts the production of semi-automatic sawing machines for steel, aluminum and plastic.

1978, the operation is taken over and continued by Mr. Schöneberg. The result is a complete range of robust, high-performance production machines.
Further expanded the range of the special machines and special saws, among other things, develop fully automatic sawing machines for medium and large series production, and PLC controlled systems for all industries.

2001, the company Weidmann Ltd.. by Dipl.-Ing. Norbert fields acquired in the course of ages successor regulation. Through their years of experience in special machine created optimal synergies for both companies.

We are a middle class family in 2 Generation with 40 employees. Our profession are fully flexible drive mechanism, especially toothed belt drive systems, linear motion and transport. This firm renders services in the range of gas carburizing, cyaniding, vacuum quenching, quenching and tempering, normalizing, annealing, , boronizing, soldering, hydrocleaning
