The main work is based on the laser deposition rapid prototyping technologies for metal parts with LENS 850-R (Laser Engineered Net Shaping) machine and laser hardening of metal parts. The LENS technology is used for the needs of the tool and automotive industry for the production of unique products (functional prototypes) of complicated shapes from different materials, repairs of elements, production of gradient materials, repairs and renewals of products.

Smart Factory team specializes in 3D printing, modeling, milling, scanning, measurement and quality control. We perfectly master the intelligent engineering digitization of three-dimensional objects, their modeling and bio-mechanical simulation methods, 3D metal and plastic printing, 3 and 5 axis milling techniques. We work with hard metals, marble, carbon fiber, plastics, ceramics and other materials. By applying 3D scanning technologies, we capture people, items, structures and natural objects in their spatial – three dimensional copies using flat image with the aid of specialized photography equipment.
