Belka Kauçuk was established at the end of 2004 to focus on the production of anti-vibration components and technical rubber and rubber-metal parts. We are a member of the Coşkunöz Holding group which has been active in the automotive industry for almost 60 years. Our two other sister companies in the rubber section of the group have foreign partners but Belka is 100% owned by Coşkunöz Holding and this enables us to be more flexible with regards production volumes and competitive prices. On the other hand, we can benefit from the services offered by our other sister and parent companies such as raw material procurement, testing facilities, tool production, R&D and of course the experience and know-how gained from their foreign partners. Our production consists of 8 cells within 2 main lines, each cell being managed by a Team Leader. During the daily shift start-up and production quality meetings all production-related topics are discussed and the operators’ quality and production targets are then controlled hourly by their team leaders. Daily Oobeya meetings in the engineering dept. ensure the active involvement of team leaders in the tool design, design approval and pre-serial production steps.

Our specialist engineering team are on hand to help with any design orientated issues and can offer a full service, from first project stage to finished product.

Our largest customers are in the automotive and railway sectors, although we also supply parts to the heating, general industry, energy and white goods sectors. We currently export goods to Germany, Switzerland, Austria, France, Hungary, Spain, Sweden, the UK and Mexico.
