SINCOSALD Srl was founded in 1950 with the name SINCO, as a family company working in the tooling field.
During the early years, SINCO started a small production of battery chargers giving the possibility to implant a real laboratory reaching the first real project of electrode welding power source. In 1960 was produced the first combined power source, for electrode (MMA) and wire (MIG / MAG).
In 1970, it was produced the first semi-automatic welding machine that was the first of a long series that continues until now.

Welding Division: It’s a structured building of 3000 m² positioned on heart of a large industrial area situated on the north part of Milan
Automatism Division: This division is adjacent to the welding one, with an area of 800 m²

Solmaz, operates in the construction of Industrial Plants Oil and Gas building and providing Carpenteria, piping and pressure vessels. It stands for professionalism, dynamism, passion and seriousness in the execution of each work phase.
Since 1999, we produce industrial facilities, from construction to installation of the same, growing more and more in line with the demands expressed by the market. Performs works in design, special constructions and also, with particular accuracy, realizes the assembly and welding of pipes, carpentry and stainless steel mechanical parts, alloy steel, carbon steel and aluminum, according to the conformity of the drawings and the conditions required by comittente .
Her experiences led her to work for companies specialized in the field of plant engineering, acquiring professionalism in prefabrication and assembly of Gas, Food, Petrochemical, Water, Steam, industrial in general.
Standards and good technical criteria are applied for the construction, assembly and maintenance of the installations in order to ensure its execution in a workmanlike manner. The works are carried out with its own equipment and means of transport, suitable for carrying, handling and installation of the plants themselves.
Special Constructions Solmaz, has areas equipped for unloading, handling and storage of raw materials. The cutting area allows to cut rods of up to 12 m as well as large diameter and thick pipes.

The stages of construction are carried out on the basis of constructive technical drawings employing qualified personnel with the aid of equipment for drilling, grinding, assembling, welding and straightening. In particular solmaz it has welders multifunction inverter 400/500 A and a manipulator system for submerged arc welding of large thicknesses and useful dimensions 3000x3000 mm.
The sealing systems are tested in compliance with the applicable regulations.The assembly takes place at the workshops of Solmaz or when required at the yard.
