MENDI Metal Innovation Group is a company based in The Basque Country (North Spain) with over 50 years of experience producing complete Hydraulic, Pneumatic and mechanical assembled units. Due to accumulated experience during all these years, we have specialized on mechanizing components of different materials, big size tubular components within high dimensional requirements and high precision inner diameter finishing (honing). We work under drawing, satisfying customer requirements and MENDI guarantees the delivery of our products (tested) within the deadline agreed.

Therefore, we have started to offer our services and manufactured products to other Press Manufacturers abroad. Recently, MENDI has created its own sign of quality which is TUBULAR ZERO which defines by 6 characteristics our more valuable strengths related to high precision machining of tubular components. Apart of that, we are currently developing a new Business Unit by integrating a welding specialist company within MENDI Group.

On the other hand, in order to ensure customer satisfaction, we are able to certificate the quality of our services by means of a ZEISS CMM machine. We are also constantly investing on machinery,technology or personnel,thus improving and optimizing fabrication processes.

Wir arbeiten weiterhin an der Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden mit unseren hochwertigen Laserschneidmaschinen und Faserlaserbeschriftungsmaschinen, UV-Druckern (UV-Druckern), kompletten Ersatzteilen, Laserglasröhren mit 6 Monaten Garantie, Linsen, Spiegeln und technischem Kundendienst Unterstützung, wie schon seit 20 Jahren.

In unseren CNC-Laserschneidmaschinen bieten wir eine maximale Schneidkapazität von 3000 x 1500 bei 4000 W, mit einer
Schneidkapazität von 22 mm bei Plattenblechen, 15 mm bei Edelstahlblechen und 12 mm bei Aluminiumblechen . Vorteile des Laserschneidens; • Effizientester Materialeinsatz in der Produktion. • Schnelles Schneiden in der Produktion, niedrige Kosten. • Produktion ohne Formen in kleinen Stückzahlen. • Kostenreduzierung bei minimaler Abfallquote. • Die Herstellung aus Blechmaterialien ist wirtschaftlicher als die spanende Bearbeitung. • Hohe Präzision (0,01 mm in allen Dimensionen) durch die stabile Konstruktion der Maschine und die moderne Bedien- und Messtechnik. • Es ermöglicht komplexe Laserschnitte von einfachen und Innen-Außenkonturen sowohl auf dünnen als auch auf dicken Blechen.

We are an international partner of several west-european companies for their welded compounds, sheet metal products, milled parts and furniture. Highly skilled staff with several engineers and with experience can develop your metal components in the shortest time possible, from drawing of technical drawings, preparation of tools, templates, prototype development, sample production and serial production.
