The Hessel Metall + Plastic GmbH is a medium-sized company based in Berlin and currently employs 20 people.



Our core business includes the complete machining of components and parts. We manufacture small and medium series, but also in pilot production and in the manufacture of individual parts are our strengths. The Hessel Metall + Plastic GmbH is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000.

The Hess Maschinenbau GmbH was founded in 1980 and is headquartered in Wittighausen.



We manufacture our wide-ranging production program with a modern machine park. Turning, we use four vertical CNC - Food - Lathes one of a diameter of 20 -250 mm and a length up to 1000 mm.

Our lot sizes range from small series up to kanban-controlled large scale production.

We currently employ 10 staff and two apprentices.

In 2017, HGH was renamed a GmbH and handed over to the daughter Barbara Hillreiner.

Our management system was already certified according to ISO 9001:2008 in 2011.
As part of the re-certification, we were audited and certified according to the new ISO 9001:2015 in autumn 2019.
