IZW is an independent company, formed in 2020 from the highly diversified Kurtz Ersa group of companies, which can proudly look back on a company history of over 235 years. We are constantly setting new standards and satisfying the requirements of our customers every day. The focus of production is the complete manufacture of machine components with the processes welding, milling, turning and surface treatment blasting, aluminising and painting.

Our customers are manufacturers of machinery and equipment from a wide range of industries in Germany and neighbouring countries in Europe.

We are a family company, which was founded in 2017. Our history goes back to a small garage, in which we have worked on a small lathe. Over time, we purchased a milling machine. We constantly move forward. Currently we are working in the newly established workshop where we manufacture engineering products directly according to the wishes of the customer. Our work is all about cooperation with the large corporations in the field of CNC production, but we can also meet the expectations of smaller companies. We produce for various industries – construction, steel, HVAC, chemical, food industry and many others. We enjoy our work

Manufacture of welding assemblies for mechanical and plant engineering

Other work: cutting of profile and flat steel, sheet cutting, plasma cutting, welding, drilling and painting
Assembly of the components at the customer's site upon request.
